I just attempted to contact this company for service and simply stated "I have a question" to the receptionist when she answered the phone. Before I could even continue, the receptionist with a sigh and a very rude tone stated that this company only works with commercial sites. HOWEVER, I never once mentioned what type of service I was inquiring about.
I just simply stated I had a question. After asking her how did she know I was not going to inquire about service for my commercial site, I realized it didn't matter because I don't want to give my business to a company who makes potential clients feel discriminated against. Worst customer service EVER, with no professionalism or knowledge of business etiquette!!!
My advise to the owner... tell your receptionist to at least let a potential client finish their sentence before turning them away because of what she thinks the color of their skin is.

This has got to be the worst landscaping company in the world! First of all they show up to my home to install french drains the week before mothers day, I get a crew of workers that don't speak a lick of English I have to slowly talk to them and point at things to try to get them to understand what I am saying. They come and install my french drains and break one of my water heads failed to tell me that they broke it, put it back in the ground and the fresh sod around it and they leave I have no idea that the water head is broken so my sprinklers run like normal on their schedule..
Then on Mother's Day I am outside with my family want to turn my TV on that I have in the middle of my covered back porch that I've had out there for over a year, I turn it on and it keeps turning off, the volume is messed up, and none of the buttons on the bottom work, I have no idea what's going on so I unplug it. Later on that night I'm sitting outside on my porch at 9 o'clock when my sprinklers come on as I'm sitting there all of a sudden I am getting sprayed with water, at that time I realized my sprinkler head was broke I jump up as I get up I notice it is doing nothing but shooting straight onto my TV.
So I run and turn my sprinklers off. I then call the person I was dealing with to get my French drain, which was my builder. They come out ask me to turn the sprinklers on I turn them on they video the sprinkler hitting my TV take pictures of the sprinkler head with the new sod around it, and take pictures of my TV. They then turn it into this company which never contacted me, I never heard from anyone until almost a month later. Chris one of their workers comes out to my house talks to me about what's going on ask me questions I explain it.
He then asked me what size TV I had writes it down says he will get with his boss and get back to me. I waited 2 weeks heard nothing so I called my builder which I have been calling and speaking to my who has been sending them multiple messages and phone calls trying to get something out of them he finally gives me their number. I call today which is almost two months later now my TV only half the screen works and the volume is horrible which I have videos as well.
I speak to Kimmy which had the worst customer service, I explain Who I am to figure out where they are on this situation and she immediately begins with an attitude telling me that first of all it was an outside TV and that there is no proof that they did any of this, which I'm not sure how that works when I have all the videos and everything showing what happened and that the sprinkler head that was messed up was dug up from them and put back down I had no problems before this.
She then proceeds to hang up on me and refuses my phone calls at this time. I have tried to call multiple times to ask to speak to her and she rejects my phone calls. I have informed my lawyer and we will be taking all necessary actions. I do not recommend this company at all. I will never allow DR Horton to send them out to my house to work on anything and we will be taking all necessary actions with our Lawyer from this point on.
I am now stuck with a $140 bill for my sprinkler head, which they informed me they have the sprinkler heads on them in their trailers at all times that could have simply been replaced the moment they broke it and we wouldn't even be having this problem, but no I had to get it replaced because no one informed me that it was even broken. And now I have a 32 inch TV that doesn't even work hanging on my porch.
Such a simple thing that could have been avoided if they would have just done their job correctly and replaced at the moment they knew they broke it. Here I am two months later still dealing with this company and all it would cost them would be max $450 for the TV and the bill but they can't even speak to the customer or get in contact with them to let them know what's going on. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely ridiculous!
