Southwest Greens

I was very impressed with the quality of their turf and it is made in America. Installation team was superb and our new lawn looks great. Thanks SW Greens!

I had a small (300 sq ft) putting green installed in my back yard in Tucson. SW Greens did an excellent job - and I am completely satisfied. It turned out better than I expected.

Honestly, I cannot say enough GOOD things about Southwest Greens and Jason Richards. We are SO HAPPY with the work they did here at our home: the backyard, the side yards, the improvements on our front yard. And. I ALWAYS had questions, suggestions, the need for explanations, and Jason ALWAYS took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and that I was happy too. We would hire them again and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Jason! Thank you SW Greens!

I am pleased to say that Southwest Greens of Tucson got in touch with me and agreed to complete the project in my backyard. I also revised my rating from 1 to 5. The owner and consultant were very respectful and willing to work with me. They have done a great job of transforming my backyard to a livable space! Thank you Jason and Chuck for the great job you did on my yard!

Please see the pictures below. An awesome job. Mr. Chuck Olney of Southwest Greens has refused me service without explanation. It has been almost a month since my last communication with Mr. Olney. I told Mr. Olney I wanted to move forward with the job the first week in July. Mr. Olney has refused to return my phone calls. Update: I was contacted by Mr. Jason Richards, Owner of Southwest Greens of Tucson, on July 20, 2018. Mr. Richards contacted me through a reply of my post. Mr. Richards asked me to call him in the reply.

I suppose he did not have my phone number! I called him right after I received the email notice. I left a voice message for Mr. Richards to call me back. In the voice message, I left my phone number. Mr. Richards never responded to my voice message. I called Mr. Richards this morning. He did not answer his phone. Again, I left a voice message explaining to him that I will not be calling him back. Mr. Richards, the owner, is also refusing me service.

I asked Mr. Richards in my voice message why he and his company, Southwest Greens of Tucson, is refusing me service and to call me to let me know the reason. I have yet to hear from Mr. Richards. Today is July 23, 2018.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. They answered the phone right away, got me an estimate promptly and the workmanship was great. Employees were very polite and worked hard. I've tried to get quotes from other companies this is the Only company I would recommend.

Excellent and detailed installation. Extremely happy with the product, sales and workmanship. They cleaned up beautifully after the installation. Highly recommend.

We recently installed turf in our backyard along with a putting green. Southwest Greens provided excellent service and final product looks amazing. The putting green rolls better than I expected and the yard looks as good as ever. I would highly recommend their product and company.

I installed synthetic grass from Southwest Greens last February. I came home from the summer in October it was coming up from the ground. I have called them around 10 times to have a service call. They never call back and I was supposed to have a warranty. Their customer support is non-existent
