Green Thumb does a fantastic job. The crews are professional, polite, and do a fantastic job. We are very happy we use them. Besides mowing, they also trim all our hedges and maintain the trees in our back yard and trim our bushes there as well. They go above and beyond at times as well. I have cut down small bushes & trees, and that was all I could do at my age and with my knees and hips.
They hauled everything off & made my job look even better. I was also surprised when I looked at our run down gazebo and they had straightened up all my backs of charcoal, wood, cooking utencils, straightened up all 3?smokers, tables & made the place look best it could. We both been in bad health and this jesture meant so much to linda & me. I did not ask this favor, they just did it out of kindness. The guys and owners are great. I recommend them highly. I was at QT getting fuel and a few of the employees were there. They were yelling and making comments from across the parking lot. I find this rude and disrespectful. You may want to put your boys on a short leash when they are in public and in your company truck representing you and your company. Probably NOT the reputation you want for your company.

I've been using GT for many years, both for lawn services and Christmas light services. GT does a great job, our lawn always looks great and they make sure to have it done before the weekend. And their Christmas light service is fantastic, they put up their lights with times and are done within a couple of hours. I will never climb that ladder again myself to put up lights! Thanks GT Landscaping!

GT (Green Thumb) Landscape (GTlandscapeservices.com) installed a very attractive water feature for us in the fall of 2018. Unfortunately, it leaked badly. I noted that to them at the end of November of 2018. On April 4, 2019 they sent someone to fix the leak. Instead, they destroyed the water feature and left rocks and dirt on the lawn and made the water tank a breeding system for mosquitoes.
Soon after that, they assured me they would fix it. It has now been over two months and they no longer reply to my texts. Since they know we are in our eighties, it seems they are hoping we die before they have to fix the water feature. Update: They fixed the water feature. It is difficult to imagine, but it is even more attractive than it was previously, and so far, it does not appear to have the leak problem.
They identified what caused the problem and seemed to ensure that it will not be a problem in the future, and said that if it is, they will take care of it. Kevin Garrish, designer for GT, was very helpful in ensuring that the problem was addressed. I would have upped the rating to a 5 except for the extensive delay in fixing the problem.

Thank you Jay and crew for my new trees, they look great! I had six new trees planted; 4 in front and 2 in back. I HAD a white-trash neighbor situation and these trees NOW block the site of their nasty home. The price was great and the work was done on time. PLUS, they cleaned up before they left. :

Does not surprise me to see how poorly this company is rated. Apparently, besides providing lawn services, Jay is also more than willing to verbally accost random women at gas stations that unknowingly and unintentionally use a gas pump that he had prepaid at. If that $1.50 worth of gas that she "stole" was that valuable to you, Jay, feel free to contact me and I'm positive we can work something out.

If I could give a no-star rating, I would. I have tried over and over to have them come out and fix errors made by one of their crew to no avail. It's as simple as a 2 foot stretch on the edge of my property not being attended to. They seem to think they can decide where the property is and where they want to mow, even though it's clearly marked. 2 minutes tops to fix my problem the first time, then regular mowing, hell, I even said the first few times, don't make a special trip, just try to make sure it's done from now on, and still nothing. Hardly ever answer the phone, only 1 call out of 23 returned.
