We have had service with Habersham for a couple of years now. Recently we have noticed them skipping service appointments and the maintenance has severely declined. We have since brought it to managements attention and they have failed to do any better. We have thousands of dollars of dwarf mondo grass that has died from them not pulling weeds or spraying pre emergent chemicals and ivy that we continually have asked to spray as we spent thousands of dollars removing it to dirt and killing it.

We have not had issues with ivy in 3 years and I think simply spraying it would due. They have torn siding off the side of our house accessing the back yard with the lawnmower and severely scraped the bluestone walkway and stairs with their equipment. Our sprinkler system was never turned on while I have been traveling for work so we were also losing plants from not being watered. Poor overall communication and service.
