The Service Technician Tanner was great to work with. He call me and advised me that he would eon my property. He asked if I had any concerns, and we discussed those. This is our second year using SunCo. Our lawn was the first in our entire neighborhood to green up this spring! So many neighbors have commented how lush our lawn looks. Our neighbor across the street is now using them as well. This is our first year adding the mosquito control. Looking forward to seeing the results from that, too! This company is tops. I have a beautiful lawn, thanks to them. I know it is due to the treatments they provide. I have used other companies and this is by far the best. We had Brian help us through our whole landscaping project. He was fantastic! He was always on time for our appointments, very professional, was very conscientious of what we wanted and his main purpose was to make sure we were happy with the outcome, he was easy to contact when we had questions and always had an answer for us and happy to help us out.

Not only was our experience professional but the service we got was outstanding. I would refer this company and Brian to anyone who needed a referral. We are very happy with the outcome of our landscaping.

SunCo never disappoints. They are responsive, reliable and prompt. Rick called on his way, was a little early, walked me through turning on the water inside, and did his thing. He was friendly and at the end of the service he explained what he had fixed and tuned up for us. We've used them for 10 years now for irrigation and lawn service/design. Highly recommend!

Ryan was our tech and was very professional and took time to explain the process and steps. He answered questions we had regarding chemicals and any affects it may have with our pets. He was very thorough and efficient. He even took time to blow off our drive and walk paths, he was respectful and his attention to detail was fantastic. He closed the gate behind himself every time he went through. Very happy with our initial visit with SunCo.

After getting flaked on or being no-showed on by so many companies prior, I was so fortunate to have found Brian and his team! They planted some trees and bushes last year in our back yard, and are maintaining our lawn this year also, in addition to doing more cosmetic planting. From day one, they've been on time, responsive and helpful! I will continue to use them as they really value customer service. So hard to find nowadays!

I have used SunCo's lawn fertilization service for the past 6 years and have been quite satisfied. It's not cheap, but neither is buying bags and bags of fertilizer and putting it down myself. The lawn always looks great, even with the stray dandelion. I wasn't as happy with the irrigation system startup/summer maintenance that they did last year.

I don't think that particular tech did a very good job. I was watering the street quite a bit even after he left. And this spring I noticed a large pool around a drip zone area. I repaired the line break myself and it seemed to have been there for quite some time.

I had to have my sprinkler system shut off and prepared for the winter. Alfredo was working and was nothing less than excellent. He showed me step-by-step what he was doing and was well-versed in his craft. Alfredo was very polite and respectful: greeted me with a handshake, took off shoes when coming into the house, etc. I look forward to continuing to use SunCo in the future. Extremely unsatisfied with the service (or lack of) from this company. I am an active duty service member currently stationed in California and my wife used this company to service our sprinklers in preparation for the summer. The first visit she was informed that a control valve needed to be replaced. He was here approximately 15 minutes. The second visit they came to replace valve and said that the system was good to go.

The next morning the system started and had broken sprinkler heads and the replaced valve was leaking, which flooded our yard. When we contacted them they said the technician said the system was was working fine when he left. Insinuating that my wife had done something to it herself. My wife spoke to a manager and no fault on their end was admitted, he also stated that our system was inferior and did not offer to come and fix it because everything was "working" when his technician left.

At this point I called the manager from California and said it would be best if we just parted ways and asked for a full refund which which we were given. Overall I would say the total experience with this company was poor and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
