I found the company cumbersome to communicate with. Once the work was done, I was not happy with the work. Without listening to what was missed, their stance was that what I wanted was not within the scope of the job. I will be getting the ladder out and trimming the dead branches from the understory of the tree myself. I would not use this company again.

Great company to deal with. I had two services done: removal of an old, unsightly evergreen and planting of a new tree (which wasn't easy with all the old roots they had to chop through from the tree they removed). With both visits they were punctual, completed the work in a reasonable time, and did a good cleanup after their visit. Would highly recommend!
