I was in charge of a front entrance landscape job for our local public elementary school. It was in great need of a practical, easy-to-maintain overhaul - and obviously with a strict budget. Proscapes offered all that and more. Their created plan took all our concerns and created a wonderful look. The three installers we worked with were pleasant and knowledgeable - and worked very efficiently to avoid the school pick-up times. My car was damaged while at my boss home where they take care of the lawn. Kyle said that it would taken care. But three weeks later I was told that they couldn't. Think god I have Allstate insurance and they can fix the car and go after PROSCAPES. And to put the iceing on the cake they have dropped my boss as a client. This company I would not recommend to anyone.

I do not recommend this company. There was a problem that could have easily been resolved, yet they elected to ignore. I am very disappointed in the lack of communication, and a lack of responsibility. It is very unfortunate, because the crew that did the lawn work actually did a very nice job.

I have used Proscapes on multiple occasions. They are knowledgeable, efficient and provide an excellent product. I continue to call them when I have new landscaping projects. I also use them for lawn, tree and shrub maintenance (fertilizer, insect control, aerating, etc.). They are top notch and competitively priced for the services they provide. Watch out for cheaper businesses that cut corners. You get what you pay for in hardscaping. My first choice for patios, sidewalks, landscaping, and yard maintenance.

I would not use this company again. I contracted them to clear a very small lot in my back yard in July, it is now September and it is still not done. They are way over priced as well. I was told it would be 1400 total for the job and now the cost is getting close to 2000 and they are still not done! They stacked a large pile of wood near the street for the city to pick up, the city would not remove it and a city inspector told me I had a week to remove it.

I told the company and they promised to remove it, they did not and I was fined 400.00 which I had to pay. When they finally showed up to remove the pile they only removed half of it, now I am stuck, if they don't finish removing the wood I will be fined again! Dont use this company they take forever if they think your job is too "small" and they wont fix there own mistakes! Very unprofessional and over priced!
