Techseven has been great to work with and would highly recommend. We had them install a brand new irrigation system and was very pleased with the new system. They were also impressively responsive more than a month after installation when I needed adjustments to the system after I had new sod put in. Techseven responded to me and had my system serviced less than 24 hours after I initially contacted them about adjustments. A+++!

These people tried to take advantage of my wife and her lack of knowledge. She called to ask for a quote to get sprinkler heads replaced. They scheduled a time to come out to count the heads for what we thought was our estimate. After they were done they charged us 270 dollars just to tell us the front yard would cost 8-900 in sprinkler head replacements.
I called the front desk and was told that we had a service call to turn on our sprinklers and replace heads. None of this was done as they didn't replace any heads and the sprinkler system was already on. My wife not knowing what to do as a large man was telling her to pay him while she was at home with the kids panicked and paid the bill in full for a service that was never performed.
Please read your terms and agreements Techseven Company. I have provided them for you: "Agreement The Listed Customer, Accepts and Agrees to have the Techseven Company, Perform the following work within the listed Property, Per the Estimated Price Listed on the Original Agreement, Invoice, Estimate or Contract. The Techseven Company will Begin Work on the date stated, or Mutually Agreed on this Agreement or Contract.
Upon Completion of this Agreement or Contract, Balance is to be paid in full, any in which are not, will be subject to a 1.5% interest charge per each 30 days past due (18% per annum). In the event Customer fails to pay the balance due in a timely manner, Customer will be responsible for all of The Techseven Company's collection costs, including its reasonable attorney's fees.
Please Note that a copy of License and Insurance is Available upon Request at any time. Due to certain weather circumstances the Scheduled date of Service may need to be changed from the date stated. The Techseven Company shall supply all labor, supervision, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to construct, install and complete the following portions of the Project herein, all in a proper and workmanlike manner and in accordance with the requirements and on the terms and conditions of both the Prime Agreement or Contract (including, without imitations, such documents as drawings, specifications, instructions to bidders, general and/or special conditions, and any addenda thereto or as modified herein) if any and this agreement." That first sentence where it says "per estimated price listed on agreement invoice or estimate." yea, we never got one of those.
That is what this appointment was supposed to be for. You don't perform work on some ones house without an agreed upon contract with an estimate within 5-10% of the price before unknown circumstances or changes.

Warning! Do not trust this organization, especially the front office. Called techseven, and notified them that that I had a few issues. I informed them of a few issues. One of which included, 3 of my sprinkler zones that had issues after fence excavation work. I told the front office I suspected what the fence contractors had told me, that most likely there was a cut in the sprinkler cable line.
I was a bit disappointed, as the sprinkler person did not bring a replacement cable, and said he would have to come out again. Why you would not bring sprinkler wire cable with you is a mystery to me, especially when informing the front office that this was most likely the problem. The person who came out said that I could expect a quote for $750 for next spring. Well, lets say after a few calls over a few weeks, I still have not heard a response from the office. No quote, no response. Nothing. Just paying a service fee for a waste of time. Very shady front office. Will not do business with them again.

I decided to try Techseven after reading positive reviews online. I've had several not so great experiences with sprinkler companies in the past. The techs, Josh and Adam, had to do quite a bit of extra work installing my new sprinkler pump. They worked hard, stayed late and got it done. They were extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be using this company again!

I really liked the tech (Jason) that came out today. He was knowledgeable about my outdated system, and helped me find a better understanding of how the system works. Unfortunately we weren't able to fix the system today because it was neglected for a while before we bought the house, but I know now what we have to do next, and I will be scheduling him to come back for an install soon. Thanks for your help today Jason!

Terrible! Just want to rip you out with charges, charge you differently and not what said on the booking time! Charge you extra even though the booking package of opening the sprinklers contains the service. So it was not supposed to charge you extra. Do a terrible work. I trusted these comments in here, but probably they are ALL FAKE. Never having to do with them again!

This was my first experience with TechSeven to check my sprinklers and get the system working for the summer months. Tech was on time, he inspected each sprinkler head (6 zone system), unclogged a few dirty heads, replaced a few that weren't working properly and answered all my questions. I'm happy I made the call and feel like it was the right choice. Thanks TechSeven!
