My wife and I bought 3 Cedar trees in 2021 and paid to have them planted. We felt we wanted to give them the best to chance to survive so, despite twice the cost, we paid to have Wedels do the work. Andy at Wedels told us the trees were guaranteed so we felt confident in the purchase. Fast forward to 2022.2 of the 3 trees died and when we took pictures to Wedels' we were told the trees were guaranteed but we would have to pay again to have them replanted.

When I protested that we were under the assumption that the trees and labor were guaranteed we were told that we were wrong. When we asked for our money back for the trees, we were offered store credit and not our money. None of this was made clear during our original purchase. Wedels has lost us as a customer, and I will tell everyone I can about our experience.

If you want by far the most expensive greenhouse in greater kzoo area you've found it. With the prices which are nearly over the top there are several benefits which may offset the cost for some. Their garden veggies (although understocked/missing some varieties at times) & fruit tree varieties are the best I've found in the area. Worth mentioning their veggie plants are much smaller than others.

Their fruit trees selection is usually in premier condition, which you're going to pay a hefty premium for. They are well staffed with highly knowledgeable & generally very friendly service (with one exception -had a employee over react a couple years ago while trying to get a cart out that was stuck to another cart).

Wedels is a remarkable florist. Please use this company for all your flower arrangement needs. They will make sure you are very satisfied. Thank you Wedel's.

Ordered a bouteneir for prom 6 weeks in advance. $20 got a single rose already browning with 1 loop of ribbon. No filler. Sorely disappointed. When I asked if anything could be added, it was clear they thought it was their best work

Have alot on hand, I bought 2 bushes for my backyard to grow into a natural fence, if I would have had a bigger budget I probably would have bought out 1/2 the store.

I have lived here about 5 years and gone many times for both indoor and outdoor plants. They know their stuff and are able to offer suggestions for fertilizing, etc. We purchased a couple trees this last year and they planted them and did a great job.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I was so pleased with their seed selection as well! I was able to get quite a few for my cut flower garden that are out of stock through many of the websites I typically order from.

Showed up at 9 to pick up 300# stamped steps, had to wait till 930 then get told I'd have to wait till 1030 for a loader, I don't got that time so the three of us hand loaded 5 of them all while there fork lift went back in forth with crates of boxes.he couldn't stop for two seconds.a minute at most to helpoad with that machine I worked factory manynyears and have a forklift cert and know there capable.the office said sorry we have no one to load but they had him.first and last time ever going there.

Terrific store for plants, shrubs, yes and all you need to keep them healthy! Outdoor and indoor plants and decorative items. They even have a station where you can take sick plants and get a diagnosis and treatment plan!

Plants were available that I've been looking for! I'd rather purchase from local nursery than online to avoid potential shipping costs along with plant being more established! Love that they have pictures above their plants to help visualize what they'll look like when mature!

I love coming here. I always feel welcome and confident about whatever plant project I am working on. The staff will give you all the info you need to be successful. You can tell that they all love their jobs and it's a relaxing environment to be in. Brenda suggested I used cactus food for my majesty palm and it seems very happy now! thank you all!

Always the most helpful staff. Hands down one of the best stores in the area, not only for gardening and outdoor supplies, but really neat gifts, especially for someone like me who waits till the last minute for Mother's Day every year. : Highly recommended!

Always a wonderful place to dream big with nearly anything you could want for a garden or a well landscaped property. Prices sometimes higher than competitors but higher quality on big items. The staff seem to live what they do and take pride in providing help or engaging little ones.

I'm new to the area and needed a floral order delivered in Kalamazoo. With little knowledge of the local options, I simply searched Google for area florists and emailed a few locations with a couple questions I had. While it took over 24 hours for 3 different shops to respond, Terrie S. with Wedel's responded immediately and was incredibly accommodating.

She was able to assist with a few potential issues I had; including address confirmation and specific delivery time. The recipient absolutely loved the arrangement and the flowers looked even better than the website imagery. I've never left a Google review before, but I would 100% recommend Wedel's to anyone looking to make someones day with an incredible arrangement. Beautiful flowers and a staff that is willing to go above-and-beyond. I will definitely return for any/all floral needs! Thank you!
