So this is going to the new housing installations and nothing else. Two stars: Sloppy installation of sod Sloppy preparation prior to installation inappropriate plantings of trees Incorrect planting of trees Trees: trees should not be installed in a "volcano mound". The roots don't go deep when they are installed like this and it causes the tree to not produce rooting that will prevent toppling.
A pond was recently "landscaped" the trees that need lots of water were put up on the upper banks, and hte trees that don't need a lot of water were placed in the water logged areas -- besides the 'scaping' of the pond makes no sense Sloppy preparation prior to sod installation: the soil is prepared by bull dozer, and isn't rolled or tilled, just bulldozed.
This leaves ruts and bumps that make maintenance difficult. Sloppy installation of sod: I can still see sod lines from houses that have been installed for over a year, given the poor prep it aggravates the installations.

Disappointing. The landscape designer who came to our personal property lacked outdoor expertise. She misinterpreted areas where I had done trench work as uncontrolled natural erosion and needed me to show her where south was. When she provided a scope of work exceeding my needs, I agreed to part of the proposal. After several emails back and forth, she gave me an ultimatum: all the work or nothing. You can guess what I chose. There are better landscape companies to whom to trust your land, money and time.

I have been in Commercial Property Management for over 20 years and have used many landscaping companies to take care of our office and retail buildings that our firm manages. We currently have five large office and retail properties in the Raleigh/Durham area that Parkers takes care of. I cannot express enough how well they are maintaining the properties.
The irrigation department they also have is fantastic. For winter and snow events thay have performed beyond my expectations. Just a warning, if you ask for a quote, you will not receive a fancy colorful presentation in a nice folder with donuts. What you will get is a reasonable and easy to follow quote for service that they will live up too!

Parker's Landscape Services Inc. installed the original landscaping at our home when it was built in 2015, and have maintained it since then. We live on a highly visible corner. Parker's is reliable, responsive to issues. We are very pleased with the results. Many people driving and walking by also enjoy our yard. We highly recommend Parker's Landscape Services.

I have used Parker's Landscape at my home and also use for all of our commercial properties in the Raleigh-Durham area for over 15 years. Their management team is very responsive and oversees the onsite teams that services all of our properties. They keep all of our properties in top notch shape and always perform their routine maintenance in a Class-A manor.
In the south you are going to have issues with turf and plant material (i.e., annuals) during the hot summer months and they are always on top of replacing any plant material quickly. They have a separate irrigation team that proactively checks all of our systems to ensure they are working properly and there are no leaks. They are the first to respond after any storms (i.e., hurricanes, snow, etc.), often before our team is able to arrive onsite at our properties. Customer service is very important to us, our owners, clients and tenants and we are proud to have Parker's as one of our preferred vendors.

After spending ~$60k to install my landscaping and a multiple leak, @ least 6 ingratiation system Parker's fired me as too picky of a customer. Just last week my new landscape firm discovered another ingratiation leak leak as I wondered why my water bill was so high high. Their maintenance department is like a NASCAR pit stop and lacks total attention to detail: They left my service gate open and my dog which was well discussed before the job got out and could have died, he was found ~ 2 blocks up the street. Hoses not rolled up, debris in rainwater collection areas left, promises to re install dead buses go on deft years for weeks. Go elsewhere.
