Landscape Connection

We used Landscape Connection for a complete overhaul of our front and back yards/gardens. Our designer, Devon, carefully listened to our desires for the project. She helped educate us on what to plant and why and helped us stay away from plantings that wouldn't do well in our situation. She was always very responsive and really listened to everything we communicated so that the end project was better than we could have imagined.

The crews that did the demolition and installation were professional and careful and thorough. Many of our neighbors have commented to us that they couldn't believe how impressive this team was. I'm not kidding when I say that any time we're sitting in our front garden space, we always receive compliments from people passing by. We'll definitely be using this company for our needs in the future and heartily recommend them for your landscaping project.

USE THIS COMPANY! We could not be happier with our landscape project. It was an extensive 6-week project that included removing old retaining walls and building new ones, installing stairs, new sprinklers throughout, landscaping, laying a new firepit patio, etc. Scott, Ismael and crew were flexible (we had numerous changes in the middle of the project), respectful (they cleaned up the worksite as best they could every evening), and above all, true craftsmen.

The crew was here every morning before 8am and often stayed past 5pm 5 days/week. They worked their tails off to make sure everything was as we had hoped(actually even better) and we are LOVING the work they did. This is a wonderful group of people who are great at what they do!

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value Used old technology with my sprinklers ("shark bite" technology). I am one year out and have had to replace 3 entire lines. My whole yard will have to be replaced eventually. I contacted the company with no response.

Jared and the crew were great to work with. The design of the back yard firepit patio looked fantastic on paper but due to the change in elevation, the reality wasn't looking that great. We called Jared to take a look and he was able to make excellent suggestions which turned out better than we expected. The planting area in the front of the house was a great finishing touch and many people still stop by and comment how great it looks.

A few serviceberry shrubs (2 of the 3) either lost their leaves or the leaves changed color and shriveled up. Jared came through and replaced both. We are so happy with their design and installation. Dave & Laura Lee Turnquist

Year one was the backyard. Year two was the front yard. And this year we had our patio redone - all by Landscape Connection. I wouldn't use anyone else! They are knowledgeable, professional, and honest with high standards and fair pricing. Devon is landscape designer extraordinaire! She really knows her plants and has an eye for detail and design.

Plus she is great at communication and responsive to questions. Thanks to her, we have now nicknamed our lush xeriscape landscape "Denver Botanic Gardens West". Props also go to Pancho who meticulously cut and set the flagstone for our patio this year. He is truly a master craftsman. We feel very lucky to have discovered Landscape Connection. Now if only the weather would cooperate so we can get out there and enjoy our patio and gardens!

Our backyard now looks like something right out of the Denver Botanic Gardens and we couldn't be happier! Our designer and project manager, Devon, had a vision for our yard and created a comprehensive plan. Then Ishmael and his crew made it happen. In about a week our yard was completely transformed and all within budget. But that's only part of the story.

I had been told that Landscape Connection was like a big, happy family team and that turned out to be so true. They obviously respected one another and were committed to good customer service. When something wasn't just right (like a boulder my husband wasn't quite fond of) they fixed it no questions asked. And at the end of every day, the crew blew the dirt and dust from our driveway and recoiled our garden hoses!

Attention to detail! Finally, we had been told by other "experts" that our irrigation system was a mess but Ishmael took one look and told us it would be no problem and sure enough he had the thing running within hours. We'll be working with Devon, Ishmael and the Landscape Connection team again on our front yard next year and we're honestly looking forward to the experience!

Scott B. and Landscape Connection did an excellent job working with us on a new construction landscape installation. They provided a creative landscape plan with thoughtful suggestions after listening to our wish list. They covered all aspects including grading, irrigation, hardscape and plant material. We were able to adjust specific planting and bed designs during the installation process as we saw how the plan actually was being laid out. Suggestions were made so that we could stage the installation process to help spread the cost over a longer timeframe.

The crew who did the actual work showed very good craftsmanship, creativity and reliability. I would recommend Landscape Connection and plan to continue the use of their services.

Landscape connection is an excellent company and we highly recommend them. Scott did a wonderful job in helping to design our new paver patio and flower beds. They did things in a timely way and finished our patio sooner in the season than we anticipated. They did everything right and their team was hardworking and very professional. Jared and the Team at Landscape connection really came through with not only a winning design for our patio and pathway, but with amazing quality! We had an outdoor fireplace installed, along with a pergola. As we decided to start the process in late fall (our decision, not Landscape Connection), we still have been able to use our patio with the fireplace, multiple times.

Joe Low and his team helped us with a long needed cleanup and update for our landscape in Castle Pines Village. They were fantastic to work with. Joe has an amazing insight with plants and design. We are delighted with the results.

I got to know the guys at Landscape Connection through a business group that we both belonged to. I was able to see some of their work over time and it appeared to be pretty excellent. We needed some flood mitigation done on our property, and we had a pond that we needed to have filled in and be paved over. We had them come over and do the work. To be honest the new patio they put in where the pond used to be is beyond excellent.

I would never go out to look at the pond, now I need no excuse to go out there and enjoy the amazing patio and walls they've built up there. We live in nature and the natural stone they used blends right in with the surroundings. They've made a beautiful addition to our home that's added a huge amount of value to our home, that we absolutely love, and we use all the time.

Working with Devon and Landscape Connection was fantastic! She had a great vision and delivered a beautifully landscaped backyard! They have now done several sizable projects, all of which were very well planned and executed, and the results are better than expected. Not for small projects. Had a 15k project done in 2014 and it's been nothing but problems since. Area next to my house was done in pavers and sand. Initially, it was graded to drain directly into the foundation of my garage. I asked them to lower it while it was in progress, which they did by about 1/2 inch. Every time it rains or there is snow melt, I have a puddle of water in my garage. Don't think the team understands gradation of small areas. Secondly, it seems that no weed prevention material was placed under the pavers. I've spent the last two summers pulling enough weeds to have an open meadow in my back yard. Boo. I don't know about you, but 15k was a lot for me to spend on a small area. I expected to be happier with the end result in the first three years.

Love the Landscape connection, two years ago they landscaped our yard and added a fire pit, They were not only timely, but cleaned up every night, they had creative designs and excellent prices with a very personal touch. To this day I can call them for fixes to our drip system or other small things to keep my yard looking amazing, and am always treated like I am a special customer. Devon is so amazing to work with, she was great with giving me her opinion on plantings and every year I think my yard grows more beautiful!

In 2007 Landscape Connection, specifically Scott Blankenship, designed and created a beautiful stone walkway down to our backyard. In the backyard they extended our patio & added a water feature, fire pit and sitting wall. When we decided to add a courtyard to the front of our home this summer we didn't hesitate to call Scott & Landscape Connection.

The courtyard is AMAZING.beyond anything I imagined! With both projects we found it very easy to work with Landscape Connection. Crews worked hard all day, cleaned up at the end of the day & were extremely respectful of us & our property.

I requested an estimate for a landscape project in late September and had someone come out the first or second week of October. I have e-mailed the office back several times and have never received any feedback on what my estimate would cost!

The Landscape Connection has completed several job for my customers. It is not always about the way the job completion looks as much as it is about the fuction. It is important to control and install proper drainage while making the landscaping look great. The land Scape Connection has done that for my customer and they have used them on additional work.

Landscape connection has done an outstanding job transforming my urban bungalow into an outdoor oasis! Devon and her team were easy to work with and they were able to take my creative suggestions and design ideas and incorporate them into a beautiful finished project. All of the plants that Devon recommended are thriving and its been only 1 year and everything has already doubled in size! Joe Low and Devon DeLong designed my yard in 2012. They helped me design my dream yard.
