Great place to go for advice on plants appropriate for your needs and soil chemistry. Wide array of indoor and outdoor plants and all types of supplies, also lots of veggies and herbs for the summer. Pots, fertilizer, garden ornaments; they've got it. Be prepared though, prices on most things are higher than a big box store but the plants are usually better quality.

This was my first visit to this garden center. It is very big and has a large selection of plants both indoor and outdoor. The whole store and property is very well maintained and decorated beautifully. I was looking for some supplies for starting seedlings and didn't find what I needed but if you are looking for a ready grown option to take home I recommend this stop.

They have really amazing plants here. The staff are really informed, kind, and helpful. They make sure to tell you about the care that each plant requires before you buy it. I called because one of my plants wasn't doing so well, they were able to give me advice over the phone and within an hour my plant looked better than when I bought it!

Shopaholics beware. Don't come here if you are an impulse shopper like myself. This is the absolute cutest, well designed nursery I have ever been too. Thanks to this nursery I am now a plant hoarder. I am fairly new to Virginia and this nursery is my vice. If you see me shopping, please don't judge, I am seeking therapy.

Last December my wife and I purchased an artificial tree with lights from your Great Neck store. It worked great but then we moved to Ohio and when we put up the tree this year no lights!?! Of course, I forgot to register the tree. No worries, Brendan Cornwell, looked us up and saw our purchase. He was fairly certain of the problem and mailed us a new transformer, plug and on/off switch. It arrived today and worked like a champ! A store that stands by their product and OUTSTANDING AND QUICK CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you, Brendan

Is it the pandemic? We visit McDonald's Garden Center primarily during Christmas. Love the plants, decor and the set-up. This year, we purchased almost $100 of greens and plants. When we went to the back to ask for some tree clippings, we were denied them because we hadn't purchased a tree! REALLY?! Every other year, it was not a problem. So disappointed.

It is a wonderland of an amazing maze that takes you through pumpkin patches for 75%, little Villa of Halloween decor and an amazing beyond this world Xmas glass Greencastle. All the beautiful plants they have are equsitizie but pricey, so make sure to sign up for the free membership to get the nice discounts.

I'm so thankful to have McDonald's Garden Center close to home. Our plants and trees from there have done so well. Our houseplants are thriving also. Anytime we need advice about voracious insects or a fungus attacking something in our yard or garden, we go to McDonald's with the problem they are a great resource and usually have something organic t we can purchase to take care of the problem.

We were told this place was pretty good. We were visiting for the day and decided to stop in. Not really sure what to expect. We were so surprised, what a nice place, great food, and the people were so incredibly nice. The prices were really nice on the wallet too. We will definitely be back. I strongly recommend this place.

Very unhappy with this place. I purchased eight beautiful blood orange rose bushes which I could not find anywhere else. After the first bloom which I saw at McDonald's they were no longer blood orange they are now white. I bought these in March well I figured they would at some point maybe be blood orange again. No they stayed white the entire time.
Now I went to return them. You have to return all bad bushes and they will not give you a return of your money you will get a gift card to have to go back to their nursery. I will never recommend anyone to go here. I can get better quality from Walmart.
