Great experience using Northwest! Thomas was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and did an amazing job! We loved all his ideas! He took our yard from run down and trashy to looking like a million bucks and all for a price we could afford. We are looking forward to sitting out on our new beautiful patio for years to come! They installed an outside fireplace, cedar arbor, patio and waterfall for me. They did all the design work and all construction work. The work was outstanding! We have really enjoyed use of the area. They completed the work as promised, within budget and with excellent craftsmanship. The waterfall has been flowing the entire time with no problems.
They also installed stone steps to our rear door with excellent results. They have installed sod, erosion control plants, drain lines, repaired our sprinklers, all in an excellent manner. They have done our landscape maintenance for the past four years and we are very happy with their work. Overall, we are very pleased with the outstanding work NWLG and their crews have done. Northwest Landscape has been a winner for us.

My neighbor employed Northwest Landscape Group for their regular lawn maintenance so I had the opportunity to observe their work for more than a year before I became a customer. I noticed that NWLG kept a regular schedule, worked diligently but did not rush, kept up with the pruning during growing season, maintained their equipment and generally kept my neighbor's yard looking sharp.
I spoke with NWLG crew members in English 2-3 times and found them engaging and polite. My neighbor told me that she was happy with NWLG. I eventually contracted with NWLG about 10 months ago and have been happy with the decision. NWLG is much more than "mow, blow and go" lawn boys. The crew is responsive to my direction. The owner, Thomas Sanders, is friendly and proactive in identifying lawn needs and making recommendations. Thomas is accessible by email or phone, stops by occasionally to make sure I'm pleased with the appearance of the lawn and is willing to offer a competing bid when additional services (i.e. mulch, sod, etc.) are needed. My experience with Northwest Landscape Group has been positive and my neighbor is happy too so I recommend NWLG to those seeking a landscape service.
