Over priced and they tried to change the price on items that are pre-priced! What kind of sales practice is that?!Seriously disappointing for a Local company and I won't be back.

Have used them for years for landscaping. Good work but are usually more expensive than competitors.

This place is absolutely amazing! Their staff is very fair, knowledge and so accommodating! I ordered 500 square feet of shadowstone and they had same and next day delivery available. I opted for weekend delivery and it was no problem. The delivery was right on time! I do not own a wheelbarrow and they brought one for me to use all day, FREE! I also do not own a truck to return the wheelbarrow, so they came and picked it up FREE! No doubt they are the pinncalce of customer service. They now have a customer for life.

I just started working there and the people there are excellent. The man that I work day in and out with has great knowledge which he's willing to share with me to make me better at what we do.

If you live out of town, they won't even come and do the job, if it's less than $300. They charge you for a design, even if it's your design, you made yourself. I'm not saying anything bad about the guys who work with trees and brushes. Just the flowers and plants. I would try finding someone else before using these people for flowers. Plus they don't have a catalog for customers to review to pick the types of flowers you want.

It's only for the store. They aren't handicapped accessible for people who can't make it into the facility. That's the main reason why some people call nursery's. They have someone do it for them because they aren't able to do it, because of their disabilities.

We ordered 8 yards of dark mulch from them and had it spread extra thick so it would last longer. In less than three months it is completely faded and bleached out. We called to ask them about it and was told that nothing wrong with it and they would do nothing about it. My neighbor laid mulch from Walmart that out performed their "good stuff".

Went there to go purchase some plans. After putting my name on the waiting list for a new order that was supposed to arrive in a week. It took two weeks. About 15 minutes after they called me, they called me back in for me that they actually didn't have the plans and that would be another week. 3 weeks to get some plants that. No thanks, I'll just head somewhere else.

Grieder landscapping did a wonderful job installing pavers on our patio. The crew, supervised by Kassandra Ryerson, were very experienced and hard working. All of the workers were courteous and motivated to make sure the steps and patio met our specifications. Kassandra kept us informed about all the details. As an added bonus, the price was even less than the quote we received from a competitor.
