Critical: Professionalism Was treated in a highly rude, ignorant and unprofessional manner by some of their workers providing landscaping services to my development. Would NEVER hire them for ANY property that I owned or managed. Received no email reply from the business when I complained in writing. Very disappointing.

I hired Brandywine Nurseries to landscape my backyard in order to alleviate flooding when there is heavy rain. Within a few rain falls my yard flooded again and it was clear they didn't resolve the issue at all and the dirt washed away. The stones that were supposed to cover the entry to the pvc pipe scattered into my yard and the pipe backed up so that the sump pump dislodged from it and started draining into the yard and causing more flooding.
The water flooded around my shed causing it to rot. I emailed images of the flooding and problems caused by the landscaping and I was told they would take a look and months went by without hearing again from them. I called Brandywine Nurseries several times to come help me resolve the issue and they responded belatedly and then never followed up. They were unwilling to help me resolve the issue to the point that I was forced to hire another company to have Brandywine Nurseries' landscaping removed and a whole new system put into place.
