As You Like It Landscaping

As you like it transformed our yard from ho him basics to one that is thoughtfully planned. Added bonus, with a portion that is adjacent to our street that lacked a clear vision or purpose, the team incorporated it into the rest of the yard so that it is one congestive space. The result is over the top curb appeal.

Jeff and the team are great. We had them do a fairly large project with a number of walls and some stone stairwells. We could not be more happy, and we get compliments all of the time. We now use them whenever we need some to touch our landscape.

If you need a fence, look no further. The entire experience, from the estimate, until the crew pulled away from my house, was professional and pleasant. The crew went out of their way to make sure I was informed with what they were doing, and happy with the result. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We worked with As You Like It Landscaping to create a new entrance to our house. Our old concrete stoop and walkway was falling apart and becoming unsafe. As You Like It designed and installed a beautiful flagstone entry for us. They were able to expand our front stoop and create a sitting area where we can watch our kids play in the front yard. New plantings were installed across the foundation to dress the whole thing up. Thank you As You Like It Landscaping, our house looks great and we are so happy with the work you did.

I can't recommend this company highly enough for any landscape job, large or small. They responded very quickly to look at a severe drainage problem I was having in my front yard and proposed a far simpler and less expensive solution than other contractors I had had look at the problem. They came out the next business day and installed the new pipe.

Their crew was professional and courteous and did a terrific job on the installation and left my property in perfect order. The supervisor came out at the beginning of the day to make sure they understood what was to be done, mid-way through the job to ensure everything was as discussed, and again when the work was finished. I was particularly struck by the obvious two way respect between crew and supervisor. The proof is in the pudding. I have had no issue despite very heavy rains this spring. You cannot go wrong with this company.

As You Like It did a great job installing landscaping at our museum on very short notice. They showed up on time, got the job done, and left the place spotless. The shrubs are looking a good a year later.

As You Like It has rebuilt our back patio, front steps, and have planted many plants and trees. We highly recommend them - particularly Patrick - for any hardscaping or landscaping projects. We had some irregular requests (adding lights to stone, installing huge boulders, building a fireplace) and they fulfilled each request with expert craftsmanship and a great attitude. They made sure the stones were right, that drainage was accurate, and that everything looked great. We will definitely use As You Like It for any future projects.

It's a very appropriate name for the kind of job they do. You give them the instructions and the money, and they'll give you the garden you want. In my case though, the sizes of the flower beds weren't exactly what I expected, but that's pretty minor.

Have unsuccessfully tried to have them replace plants under their guarantee, but to no avail. Neither the landscaper nor the owner have answered e-mails. But when they are contracted to do a big job, they are right there, but follow up is non existent. I would never use them again.
