Just stopping by to say Termite Division truck 263 needs to learn to drive! Would never use this company based on that alone and this is not a one time driving issue but this gentleman lives in my area and is consistently a problem. Anyway.it's probably a great company and if you have pest you should give them a call!

Alberto is very thorough. Does more than any other pest control company we've had. Listens to your concerns and figures out what to do. And makes it a point to let you know he's been to your house via text and responds very quickly to your text unlike alot of companies. Total Fantastic, professional gentleman

My work uses Nozzel Nolen and they have been doing a great job. So when I realized I had an issue at my home, I gave them a call. Dave, the initial inspector/estimator was punctual, informative and set everything up perfectly. Turns out we had dry wood termites in our kitchen cabinets. On the day of treatment Kelvin and Kenny were also punctual and got right to work.

They were great guys and I felt safe and in good hands. They too were able to answer questions I had. High heat had to be used and the treatment did take most of the day. A 1 year warranty was given and I have the option to re-up the warranty moving forward as termites are pesky buggers. My wife and I had emptied the kitchen cabinets and moved the appliances out ahead of time which saved Kelvin and Kenny time allowing them to get straight to set up and treatment. A+ in my books and that's saying something in South Florida. Highly recommend. Thanks guys.

From the minute I contacted Nozzle Nolan, I knew that it.was going to be a good experience. The company philosophy is to proactively treat the outside of my home to keep the bugs away. It works! No chemicals sprayed inside and no more bugs! We installed termite traps and no longer have to worry about infestation and tenting. They provide regular pest control preventative services both inside and outside our home. Our technician is Danny and he is great. If there is ever an issue between his regular visits, he responds immediately and solves the problem. We are very happy with Nozzle Nolan and especially with Danny.

We have used Nozzel Nolen for pest control since June of this year. Sandro has been extremely responsive and very thorough. We had Mark Davis out to do a termite inspection just a few days ago. Not only did he bring us a customer appreciation Christmas gift, he made sure we were satisfied with the price to upgrade our service contract. Our three year old daughter is terrified of bugs and has had nightmares involving bugs. She asked me if I could call Mike the bug guy (mike Hughes) to help. When he showed up for his bi monthly treatment, I asked him to write a note letting her know he'd been here. He took it one step further and wrote a very sweet "inspection note" on the Nozzle Nolen card and hung it on her door.

This kind gesture went a long way in helping her find comfort when she feels anxiety. We've been with Nozzle Nolen for almost six years and we are thankful for their responsiveness, customer service and overall bug service. Whenever I have a concern this team (from our sales rep mark Davis to all of the techs who have been In our home) have always been prompt to address them and they have always gone above and beyond.

Very happy with my service. Deja, the technician was on time, very friendly and took care of my ant problem right away. She let me know she was out front when she arrived.
