Our landscape service were sold to Seabreeze by Goodall and there was zero communication about it from either party. When I followed up (at least 6 times) to get our fall cleanup done, I was told over and over again that I was on the schedule and it would happen by the office manager. Guess what? It didn't happen. They are overwhelmed, disorganized, disingenuous and they strung me along.

If they were clear from the start that they could not fit me in, I would have been able to secure other services. I don't usually write negative reviews or reviews at all but I am so mad at how this was handled, I'd like to scream it from the rooftops.

This company was very responsive to an unfortunate plowing situation and damaged mailboxes and handled our concerns super fast, professionally and completely. They took responsibility and ownership as a business and were very quick to resolve all concerns. This is a business I trust would do things honorably and with good faith, and I was very pleased with them all around.

I would be wary about using this company for landscaping. I was overcharged for the amount of work that was done at my home. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the company, requested an itemized bill, which they refused They charged an exorbitant fee for work that took one hour. I urge anyone using this company to get an itemized bill in writing!

Theey cancelled their snow removal contract, effective immediately without prior discussion or warning. Left us high and dry, scrambling for another company.

This shoddy company signed a two year contract and it has been a nightmare. For example, my parking space has not been plowed in two days even after first speaking to the after hours emergency line and asking that the president call me in the morning. That didn't happen. Then I spoke with each and every employee at the company and they still wouldn't help.

Finally I left another message for the president and an email and never heard from him. They cut off the emergency line that night to avoid my calls. This company does not prioritize customer service. All they care about are their big clients such as the jet port. The City of Portland should give their contract to another company after they gaslighted me.

I can't speak highly enough of Seabreeze (Tom & Rob, in particular) and their entire crew. They are a pleasure to work with. They are professional, prompt, reasonably priced and respectful & responsible. If I have a concern, they address it right away. A very customer-oriented company.

Seabreeze does a wonderful job with their property service. When I visit family @ the Highland Community in Topsham Maine, they keep the grounds very well maintained and looking sharp, from planting to pruning.

In my honest opinion seabreaze is horrible place to work and I'd never recommend them for anything.maybee parking lot sweeping. And will vouche for the other review. If this was the place for it I have a story to tell. Review is call a.r cail. Landscaping or gnome. I hate gnome as well but the best in my opinion

I used Seabreeze for landscaping and stonework around our new pool and my experience was extremely positive. The work was done to perfection and the crew was a pleasure to interact with over the course of the three weeks it took to complete the work. Peter Kelley, owner, was a pleasure to work with and always available to take my call or respond to my text messages. I had never used the company in the past and have no connection to it so I hope readers will consider this when deciding on who to use for their next project.

That is so true. They don't pay their employees. The senior man on a snow crew may call in another employee to shovel with them but stand around watching him work take the pay and deny the worker was even there. You know which one they believe.
