JM landscaping does super great work. Our yard looks amazing! Communication could be better.

Good luck getting these people to show up for the work. They gave me a plan, price and promises. They promise to show up and never do. I can't believe they're still in business. This went on for over a year - shame on me. Finally found a reputable company and now have a beautiful berm in my backyard.

Would leave no stars if possible. First dealt with Blake the owner who seemed professional and excited to do our backyard Burm. Met to do the plans and pick out plants and design. Set up timeframe for project then he became nonexistent and would not respond to emails or calls. Several times a woman called to schedule the work for the next week but no one showed.

Almost 2 years and still no JM Landscape work. Hired a real company and complete and beautiful in 3 months. Shame Blake and his company waste so many peoples time with promises and pretty pictures.

We contracted Blake for a $30,000+ landscaping job at our home. He designed the layout, we approved the design and days later met him to pick out landscaping brick for the patio. He was difficult to get in contact with and moved our start date repeatedly. We were first told mid-June, then the end of June, mid July to the beginning of August. Then he came back to our house to review the plan again, of which - we already approved months before - a stall technique?

So okay, we met with him again, reviewed the plan again. He never requested a down payment nor sent an invoice. Weeks went by - we heard nothing from him. I sent an email asking for an explanation and clarification of our project's start date - now being late August. No reply. My husband called, left messages - nothing. In December, I saw him in Starbucks in De Pere meeting another client.

After he was finished and his client left, I approached him and requested an explanation of his behavior. He initially acted like he did not know me, then pretended to be flustered and apologetic, stated he needed to get in touch with my husband and this is not how he conducts business - well, indeed, it is how he conducts business. We're proof. Now a month later - still no word. Absolutely terrible.

Came to initial meeting on time and the Designer did a great job designing our patio. Thorough design, quality products and saved us money with their ideas. Had great plant recommendations as well.

I can't say enough about Blake and his crew. They were simply amazing. Everyone was so polite and knowledgeable. They turned our backyard from an ok deck area to amazing! The new patio is gorgeous! They also did an awesome cleanup job after they finished. Would definitely recommend them!
