We are an accredited A+ rated company with the BBB based in Downers Grove and have a facility in Bolingbrook, near Woodridge, as well.

I want to thank you so very much for the great job you and your guys did last week. The mulch looked great, despite the challenging wet conditions, and the lawn edging was superb! I have used 1st Impressions for many things over the years such as lawn fertilization, mulching, edging, spring clean up, etc.

John was extremely helpful and responsive when I reached out for advice on improving our front lawn. His team did a complete re-seeding over a new topsoil layer, and it looks great! He also did regular fertilizing and weed control for the entire lawn and another overseeding and aeration in the fall. We are extremely satisfied with the services provided by 1st Impressions!

John and his team did an outstanding job on my lawn last year! I needed my lawn overseeded and John was great in working with me to adjust my regular mowing schedule to accomodate the growth of the new grass. My lawn looks better today than it ever has in the past. His crew are always on time and do a great job each week. In addition to improving the health of my lawn, he also helped me with gutter cleaning and removing some dead bushes. John is always quick to respond to my questions/requests and his prices are great. I am so glad that I have 1st Impressions Landscaping taking care of my lawn now!

We've been working with 1st Impressions Landscaping the last few summers! The crew works very diligently and ensures the yard is left looking clean. Their services are fairly priced and we really enjoyed working with John who always makes time to meet with us and offer solutions based on what we're looking to do. Highly recommend!

John DeSitter is a gem! We have used him for 20+ years, and besides routine lawn mowing, fertilizing and spring/fall cleanups, he has helped up resolve drainage issues, replace plantings, lay mulch, clear gutters, and more. He is reliable, friendly and professional, and our yard always looks terrific with the care he and his crew give it. I am convinced there is no one better out there doing what John does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

John and his team were excellent in cleaning up our lawn, providing reliable/affordable lawn care services, and most notably in communicating what was needed to improve our lawn condition!
