Four Seasons Constructions & Development

I have no idea how they are as contractors, but as general human beings on the road, whoever was driving this truck today at 11:30am on the 101N through the SF Valley (approx Woodland Hills) is a complete douchehat. Going at least 85 mph, tailgating every person they got behind and going in and out of lanes to ride the tail of the next person. Why would you drive like this with the name and number of your business advertised on your vehicle? YOU are your own worst ad.

4 Seasons Remodeling & Design is by far the most professional and honest company that we have dealt with for the last years. They are unbelievable company to hire and work with from A to Z! We hired them after we got their contact information from a friend who hired them recently for their large-scale remodeling project at their house and they were extremely pleased with the work they did.

During the work we did contacted several of their clients in order to hear from them what they think and how their remodeling project went. We did hear great feedback which made our remodeling project less stressful. Our remodeling project included the entire remodeling of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and few other small tasks that we asked them to do while they were at the house. Jacob was the person who helped us design, plan and execute the work. Jacob was very nice to us, excellent communicator and know his work very good.

He managed all the people that were involved at the house making sure that it will go smoothly and without any problem or delay. His office made sure to keep us in the loop of all the orders, deliveries and invoicing. We really love how the new remodeling came out and we highly recommend them to anyone who is interesting in a stress-free remodeling project. Mainly during these days when we hear so many bad stories of companies that just left the work in the middle.

Very professional and experienced with great ideas. Jacob really helped me with the planning of my new kitchen. He took the time to explain everything and break down the cost so I was able to make the best decisions for me. It is beautiful and they finished ON TIME! He is starting on my backyard next. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else!

4 Seasons did an incredible job with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. Although we didn't make any major changes, such as structural changes, it changed the look and feel of our home. The process went smooth and I am very happy with the work they did. Thanks!

Four seasons remodeling and design was Fantastic! I would recommend them to anyone. I had two separate projects to be done and they were able to accommodate my schedule and get the work done in a timely manner. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and clean. They left my bathroom cleaner after all the work was done then when they arrived. My landscaping project went just as great as my bathroom job. I now am able to sit and enjoy our backyard in peace while I listen to the tranquil sound of the water in the fountain. Thank you Four Seasons.

The workers at Four Season Remodeling are awesome- very communicative and great prices! I was very impressed with how they handled everything. I was very specific with what I wanted and how I wanted it to look. I had to remodel my bathroom because I had major pipe problems and the bathroom was practically falling apart. They redid my entire bathroom from beginning to start.

It looked exactly how I wanted it to look. I am so pleased with 4 seasons! I plan to remodel my kitchen and living room in the upcoming months, and I will definitely call them again.

I cannot say enough about the great landscaping work completed at my home! I was guided through each phase of the transformation of my back yard. Although my busy schedule kept me out of the loop from time to time, Jacob the owner was always accessible to respond to any questions I had. His recommendations were spot on and I can't say enough of how my yard has received so many compliments on the beautiful plants, flowers and symmetry of the yard. Job completed on time and within budget! Great company and I highly recommend for any landscaping and remodeling work needed at your home!

When I purchased my first investment house recently, I knew that I will have to make several improvements in order to fit the house for whoever will rent it. The first thing that I had to do was the remodeling of the master bathroom. This master bathroom was the first thing that I needed to do. In addition to that it was a small space for a master bathroom.

I also had some plans in mind for this bathroom/bedroom closet in order to make it as a walk-in closets. Once I agreed to a master bathroom and closet remodeling, I met with Jacob from 4 Season Remodeling & design after meeting several other ones and when he came over, he looked and took it from there. As part of our meeting with Jacob. I brought up the idea about remodeling the kitchen, bedroom and to do the hardscape in the back and front of the house.

By adding all of this as a one big deal, Jacob and his workers were able to do much better work than what I thought to get. The bedroom is the master bedroom at the house and Jacob redesigned it and gave it a completely new look and feel. In the hardscape part of the house, Jacob came up with a brilliant concept of how it can be and the sketch of his design caught my attention right away.

His design included all the new plants, trees, Stamp concrete and outdoor small kitchen with BBQ that included a bar, seating area and a fire pit. In the front of the house, he was able to design new entry to the house and several steps with nice rocks and tropical trees. The deal that I got from Jacob, was very good (compare to all the other ones that I met before him) and I hired. Jacob made sure to concentrate at the house first and to do all the dirty work in all the spaces and then to do all the outdoor items.

The work was completed after 3 months of work and without any major problem. He communicated with me very often during the entire project and it made it easy and comfortable.

I loved working with Jacob Harel from 4 seasons remodeling at my aunt house. My aunt wanted to have her landscape by having all native and local plants, Adding a nice stamp concrete with nice fire pit that will allow her to enjoy the backyard at nights or when she have guests. Her budget was fixed and not much high. She asked me to help her in finding someone that can do that job and I knew Jacob from a previous work that he did.

I contacted Jacob and he was able to deliver the landscape that she wanted with 100% on her requirements and wishes. My aunt is a nature lover and many of her free time, she love to spend in her backyard. Jacob combined all of them into a great design of the garden and the fire pit including a nice seating area in a wonderful way. To my opinion, Jacob is an outstanding landscaper and contractor because of all the visual surprises that he did to the outdoor space which were extremely inspiring and fascinating.

He worked and communicated with me very good and I noticed that his communications skills are great as well with all his subcontractors and workers too. I would definitely love to work with Jacob again and I will highly recommend him and his company (from the design phase till the finish stage). During the progression of the work, Jacob Harel sent me pictures of the plants that he think will fit our landscape project very much and he allowed us to select which one we want to have. His desire for landscaping design made me really see and notice the outdoor landscapes around me every day.

Jacob and his workers completed a full landscape project in one of our properties in thousand oaks. His work included planting new flowers, plants, remove some old trees that were not good and add new grass all around. His work took close to 3 days and during those days he worked each day and made sure it will come out the same way he promised us! He is very professional, honest and dedicated for his work. We had great experience with him!

So I called 4 Seasons about doing a remodel on my dad's house (where I grew up as a kid). Since he is old and not very knowledgeable about construction he wanted me to basically deal with everything. Anyways, I spoke to Jacob at 4 Seasons, who had a pleasant personality, about what my dad had in mind. Jacob was happy to come out and look at the place then give us a quote which we liked.

They were about to get started in short order and did not waste time. First, they attacked the kitchen, which I swear had not changed since my childhood (no really it even had the same horrible linoleum). Jacob recommended gutter the whole room and I totally agreed. In place of the old super dated counter and cabinets they put in much nicer modern ones with a nice wood finish.

In the bathroom they removed the worn out fiberglass tub enclosure (and all the mildew on it) and put in a bathtub with ivory colored tile shower. The tiny sink also got replaced with a nice large square one we picked out at Home Depot. My dad's backyard needs serious work too and Jacob is the first guy I am calling when we start on that project. He had some really good ideas about the landscaping to include great accent use of low voltage lights. Overall I like Jacob and think he did a great job.

Inaccurate and there's a huge gap between what the other reviews are saying to the actual reality. Reading their reviews again almost seem like their wrote it themselves.!

Not a good experience. Jacob came to see the project for estimate & suppose to let me know in a week how much it will be. But never heard of him. I called & left him message hoping that at least he would return my calls as a business owner, but never heard of him. He is not a professional business owner at all. No matter how small or big of a job is at least be professional & respect your business & get back to clients that you put on hold.
