Smith Bro's team was great to work with and well worth working with a professional company with decades of experience. Just wrapped up my pool patio and waterfall and it's gorgeous. The install team does quality work and great to work with.

Gary did an awesome job with our patio at the end of our renovation. He even fixed up our tracks deck and reworked our entryway.

Nice staff always gets back to you with questions. They did nice work on my pool patio in the promised time frame. They took an extra step to vacuum my pool after they finished which was a greatly appreciated gesture. My only knock preventing 5 stars is that they left the skim covers well below the paver patio which doesn't look too good and just seems off.

I had Gary come to my house on March 30, 2021 for an estimate on a project. Gary coordinated with me and told me that he would draw up an estimate and get back to me. It is now April 23, 2021 and I have yet to receive this estimate. I have called the office 3 times in that period asking about the estimate and each time I was told, "I'll reach out to Gary and let him know".

I have expressed my frustration that I have yet to receive my estimate or even the common courtesy of a phone call explaining the delay. When I ask about what could be taking so long, I am told that they are very busy and there seems to be no urgency what so ever to conduct proper customer service or even respond to a potential client. For the record, the job was to expand a driveway and re-do a walkway.

I would think that if you came to do an estimate, you would follow through as we were potential clients. A simple phone call explaining what was wrong, what the delay was, an apology or ANYTHING to try and earn our business would have sufficed but the most basic of customer service obviously eludes this company. I would give them 0 stars if possible but google will not allow that. Do yourself a favor and find another company who understands the basics of courtesy and customer service.

Here's how you can tell a great company from a good one. We had some settling on a brick patio installed around our in ground pool. It happened gradually but 9 1/2 years later it was much more obvious. There was also a small crack in a retaining wall that they installed. We called Smith Brothers and since we were still within the warranty period, they sent 2 men over to repair both spots.

They worked for 4 hours and did a very thorough job. There were no shortcuts. They removed bricks from one entire side of the pool, poured concrete where it was sinking down, and replaced the brickwork expertly. It looks perfect. A company that stands behind their guarantee 9 1/2 years later has my admiration and recommendation.

They don't stand behind their guarantee. The pavers started to sink and become uneven years after the install; they came back to "fix" it but they just added sand above the shoddy concrete work and then after a few years again it sank. We called again And Gary said he doesn't really have a guarantee. Don't believe what they promise just expect after a few years your pavers will sink and separate

Excellent landscape contractor does excellent quality work good people to work with

We've used Smith Brothers for many years, they built a beautiful stone retaining wall in our yard. We were bery satisfied, so a couple of years ago we hired them again to build a patio and stone wall with steps leading to the the lower yard. The patio is great, the steps turned out just as we wanted, the wall is close to our expectations but was never finished correctly.

The top layer keeps coming lose and the cement used was not the same as the previous wall. I called and emailed several times. They responded twice but never fixed the problem. We hired another contractor who was able to repsir the wall. It seems the original crew was much better.

Can't say enough about the job smith brothers did. I am very happy with the job they did. They completed everything on time as promised and cleaned up after themselves. They even went above and beyond and had someone clean our pool to get rid of 90 percent of the fall out which is more then I had expected. We will definetely use them again. We are in love with the pool deck and waterfall they provided us.
