Today 5/28/2015 I called The Associated Group to help my uncle in regards to some information that he needed because he used to work for the company and speaks no English! We had been trying to call all week. Yesterday I called at 4:45 and it was closed when on the website it states 8-5. Today I was finally able to speak to someone and the lady that picked up informed me that we had to speak with Rosie (with no last name) I understood.

She transfer me over to Rosie and I am explaining to her what I was calling for and to me it seemed like she was rushing off the call! She informed me that she needed to speak to my uncle that she spoke Spanish I understood also. I asked her if she can hold because my uncle was in the restroom and she was extremely RUDE she told me she could NOT wait and we had to call back!

Her knowing it was 5min to 5:00pm closing time when the information my uncle needed was so simple to know when he was laid off. As I was still talking trying to let her know that my uncle was coming she rudely hung up on me! To me this is extremely bad customer service! How can you trust a company when they can't even provide good customer service!

I will be sure to submit my complaint to the BBB and anything else that I possibly can! All because this Rosie lady was extremely RUDE! She was more worried about leaving work and rushing me off that helping us!
