Spring Green Lawn And Tree Care

This was my first time using Spring Green as they acquired a company I used for 3-4 years which I really liked. I called over the weekend to let them know I'm not happy with the amount of weeds I'm seeing and if they could come out and respray it. She said she would have to charge me for it. She didnt try to make it right or say let us come respray it, look at it, nothing.

I said maybe I need to find another company and she said well I can cancel your contract now and did. Absolutely awful customer service. If I handled my customers like they did I wouldn't have a job. I picked over half of a 5 gallon bucket of weeds on Saturday on my front yard alone and its not that big.

I took a couple of years off from maintaining my own yard and Spring Green did my lawn applications in 2019 & 2020. I have both Tall Fescue and Bermuda. They run a good program and are good communicators.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I used Spring-Green for 2 years. During that time the weeds got bigger, stronger, and spread further. This company is a scam. They dilute their weed control product and they do not apply fully to the yard. Go somewhere else. Todd is a horrible owner.

After moving to Oklahoma, we didn't know what to expect with lawn maintenance. We decided to try Spring Green because the price was so low--now we've been with them a year and have consistently been impressed. They are always professional, on-time, the process is easy, and my lawn has improved. They've also answered many of our (probably very stupid) questions time after time. Highly recommend these guys!

Very prompt at communication. Excellent weed control. Unfortunately I could not stay longer but they are very professional and did a fantastic job with my lawn. Would sure love to do business in the future.

While researching new companies for lawn care service ( dissatisfied with previous one because of messy bookkeeping and long weeks waiting time for re-service to spray weeds not curling ), I noticed a voucher letter from Spring Green ( Dan Hillenbrand, local Edmond owner /operator ) for special offer with their preferred program. I decided to give this company a try for a year to see their service performances.

I had been seeing Spring Green truck around my neighborhood too. When called, they came to re sprayed my weeds within 3 days of promise. The technician actually came the next day to my surprise, wow! My neighbor is also with Spring Green now. Even so, I noticed that Spring Green has specific dates plan for each lawn. The technicians were courteous and professional.

I like it that other than paper report, I also got e-mail report of each service. There is also prepay discount option to save for valued customer. This is our third year with Spring green.

Only been using services for a few months now, but so far spring green has been on time and easy to get ahold of. Billy came out to spray today and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very helpful and professional. I'll definitely be continuing services. Service: Weed control

Spring-Green does a thorough job and they do it quickly. Their fertilizer and herbicide products do a good job and I have a very nice lawn to show for it. I have had only one small problem and when I notified them they were out here the next morning and took care of it. I recommend this company. Service: Weed control

I switched to Spring-Green in the spring of 2021 and couldn't be happier. Besides being less expensive than my previous lawn care company, they do a great job, and always show up when they say they will. I especially appreciate that Billy always blows off my patio and sidewalk after a treatment!

We've used Spring-Green for quite a while and they've outperformed the other 2 weed control companies we've tried in the past. Spring-Green is the ONLY company that always lets us know a day in advance that they're coming. That gives us a chance to mow and rake leaves, etc., before they show. Today, as usual, Billy arrived and visited with us about where the problem areas are in our yard. Billy told us the front yard needed his pre-emergence applied, because it was thick with grass and had just a few weeds and the back yard needed just fertilizer, because we had top-dressed the back with topsoil and the grass was just coming thru the new dirt and the back had very few weeds.

Billy was a five star technician for our home today. He goes above and beyond to answer questions and help the customer. Dan runs a first class operation and I recommend Spring-Green to all my friends and neighbors. Service: Lawn pest control

Purchased the weed care plan and included the flower bed for an additional charge. I've had to call them out multiple times for the flower bed and now I've given up. We sold the house so it's no longer my problem but they just came out a week ago and still have lots of weeds in the bed. This was my first yard treatment company to use and will be my last.
