Extremely unprofessional and rude. Connie, the Manager, told us to call to make an appointment, then accidentally sent us another text meant for a worker, that said tell them we are booked because we don't want to deal with them. Not a way to treat future clients. If I could give a negative star, I would!

Did a fast and beautiful job planting trees on my property. Skip was great to work with.

Got a quote of $5400 to put in 80 ft of chain link fence, office staff knows nothing about pricing and the guy that does the estimates showed up when I wasnt there and I feel like he saw that I'm just a regular working joe and said he couldn't even do it at first before even talking to me about what I wanted. Had to call and complain just to get him to come back and to a proper estimate. Shop around for better prices

We just moved to a new home in late fall and spent a winter with dogs and no fence and we were eager to get a good one installed as soon as we could. We tried Springfield fence but they NEVER called us back even when we went to the office so we called Pratico's. From the beginning Skip was easy to connect with and understood exactly what we needed.

He gave us a quote and had the fence installed by the date we needed it and we still haven't heard from the other company! We are so so so happy with our new fence.it has changed our lives with our dogs and kids and it looks like it was made for our property and it will last for a very very long time! We can't thank you guys enough! We will recommend you guys to everyone in the area who is looking for fencing or landscaping. :-

Skip came and looked at our property for all of ten minutes and left without saying a word. We didn't hear from them for a week so we called and they told us if we wanted a quote we had to pay them $100! What a rip off and not the way to run a business. If you're considering some fence or landscape work in or around Rutland, I suggest going with someone else.

A great nursery. The people who work there are friendly and knowledgeable. The trees and plants that they sell are all in nice condition. The prices are fair. Not the most exotic selection I have ever seen but the standard landscaping selections for around the house are readily available.
