Amazing customer service who stuck with me, keeping in touch over the course of several weeks, and was able to help me find everything I needed and make great suggestions for my specific project! The best place to get your Christmas tree in the south county area! Support local businesses! The owners are so lovely and their pups running around bring a smile. They always have a great selection! Plenty of trees still too. We've been going here for our trees for a few years now and I'll never go to another tree lot as long as Haegele is here.

They always have everything I'm looking for, anytime I call to see what prices are and if they have it in stock the lady with the dogs( Masha) she knows the price and how tall it it. Thanks guys for being so awesome/ also the price is better than when I shop around to other places.

The Haegele team planned and landscaped a beautiful area of my yard. Their ideas were fantastic, including a change on the fly to fix water drainage that turned into a beautiful dry river bed that I put a bridge over and get constant compliments on! And my truly favorite part was their team. Really helpful and insanely hard working, but when I'd look in my yard to see how things were progressing, they were laughing and talking and generally enjoying their work. I loved it! What a great group! We have some more projects we're wanting to do and we'll definitely be asking Haegele to help us again!

Nice plants, but VERY expensive and the guy we interacted with was not very friendly or welcoming at all. Won't be back.

Rolled in armed with my little trailer for a couple scoops of mulch. A young lady asked if I'd been helped and inquired about which type I'd like and took my card for payment. She was back out in no time flat, and I was on my way to Mulch Town. The gentleman loading the mulch with the tractor was quite friendly, and barely spilled any outside the trailer.

My only warning is that depending on how busy they are, parking with a trailer could be difficult. Additionally, if you're not good at backing up a trailer after picking up bulk mulch. You might want to reconsider.

I bought a tree, hydrangea, and two clematis plants. I of course needed the tree planted but they told me they would be there within two weeks so I arranged for them to plant all four of the items. Well, they didn't show up for 5 weeks to plant and then they called me 20 minutes before I was due to leave for a baby shower. Inconvenient all the way around.

I would have brought the other plants home with me if I had known it would take so long to come here. Then they didn't stake the tree like they were supposed to. It says right on the label that came with the tree that it should have 2-3 stakes for 1-2 years. I called about it and as usual had to leave a message; but, no one ever called me back.

Tree is still not staked. Then along with the clematis a small green plant came up which I originally thought was more of the vine. When it got bigger I didn't know what it was so sent a photo by email to them and asked what it was or should I pull it. Once again I never heard back from them. So much for customer service. Once they get your money they don't care.

I have been purchasing plants and trees from this company for about 5 years. The variety of things they sell is broad. The people who work here are knowledgeable and helpful. The value is excellent too. It's located on Lemay Ferry Rd just east of the Meramec River. They also sell garden accent pieces, a good selection of them. Give them a try.

My experience today was nothing but pleasant and convenient. I called to request some bags of topsoil and some grass seed. I gave my credit card # over the phone and asked if I could pick up the items in an hour. Everything was sitting waiting for me outside as requested when I arrived, and social distancing was totally accomplished. I was very pleased with the great service!

I went to Haegele for the first time to buy bulk mulch. Lady behind the counter knew exactly what I was talking about, helped me figure out how much I needed and set a delivery for me. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice including the delivery driver who showed up on time and put the mulch exactly where I asked. I look forward to my next purchase there.

They were incredibly personable; as well went above and beyond to answer my questions and get me the information I needed! I only Just heard about them through winning some of their flowers at a Picnic; I only wish I heard of them sooner! They have such beautiful flowers with Fantastic colors, awesome plaques and a HUGE selection of gorgeous trees and bushes! I can' t wait to go back again. Plus, if the people weren't Great enough on their own THEY HAVE AMAZING DOGS!

Excellent service! We walked in just as they opened with nothing but a rough diagram of our space. The owner gave us excellent suggestions for which plants would work. We walked out with a great landscape design that looks excellent and is growing very well. We'll be back for our next project for sure!

Stopped by today for the first time to ask about landscaping ideas and get a price on decorative rock for my yard. They were great! Their prices were amazing and the women who helped me was very out going, easy to work with and had some great ideas. I ended up buying everything I needed and will go back. Thank you Haegele! Just a note. before I went there, I stopped by Lowes and found NO HELP.

Great service and product! Throughout this very hot and dry 2018 summer - their plants were in amazing shape, healthy and green, amazing ferns. I came for landscape rocks for a project - staff was very helpful and courteous. If you don't see anyone at the front desk - ring the bell by the door. A must visit for yard and landscape projects with very good prices.

Love this nursery! Friendly and helpful people. They have the latest new series of shrubs which can be difficult to find. And their shrubs are very healthy. The shrubs I bought are growing VERY well. Also, they give a guarantee on some of their plants - 1 year, half price on future purchase. I also noticed that they had good prices on their annuals. I will now purchase all my trees, shrubs and annuals here.

The staff is very rude, you might get them to answer the phone if you call 10 times. When I finally got someone to answer she answered the phone with " hold on" I could then hear her talking and laughing with someone for at least 20 sec, when she finally returned to me she said "yeah?" Prices are decent but the staff seems bothered by customers.

I recently went in search for some sod for bare spots in my yard. I called two Nurseries and found that Haegele's had some in stock. The woman who answered the phone was not very friendly. When I got there and she asked me the square footage, I didn't know the exact amount I needed. She wasn't happy that I didn't figure the square footage correctly before I came.

I told her to just give me 10 pieces and she called up to the loader guy to be ready for me to come get them. He definitely acted like I was bothering him. I will not go back there again.

I came here to get some grub insecticide & mole repellent. Extremely helpful staff. They recommended the right products. It's a little pricey, but that's typical for a nursery. You get what you pay for.
