Our business was started by owner Bj Brownlee. It began with a push mower and just a handful of neighbors in his parents' sub-division growing up. In 2001, he decided to launch an official company and started Archway Lawn Care. We have grown our company by focusing on providing quality service at an honest price. I have been using Archway for about a month now. They mow my yard weekly and I utilize their 6 month lawn care program for fertilizing and weed control. In the past 3 years I have went through 3 different mowing companies. I'm pretty sure I've finally found the one. They are reliable and their guys do a great job. I love having everything accessible online in the customer portal. Not too mention my grass is greener than ever, after a short time with them. Compliments from my neighbors as well. Highly recommend!

After getting bids from 3 other companies who did not respond to my interest in hiring them, i am so impressed with the customer service I received from everyone I encountered at Archway! Quick responses and very professional! Brett came out right away and I had a bid that same day! They were able to fit me in much sooner than I expected! The hard-working employees did an amazing job on my landscaping and installing two French drains.
I am so happy I made that call! Archway is doing my fertilizing, weed control and aerating too. It's so refreshing to know that there are still companies out there that believe in good customer service! Great job guys!

Horrible experience! Never answer phones or return calls. Mulch over my entire lawn which they call composted top soil. See picture and you be the judge. Read others' reviews with similar experiences. *** HOME OWNERS BEWARE! In REPLY to the owner's RESPONSE to our complaint. We paid $720.00 for what we were told was going to be a high quality Humus top dressing on our lawn.
When we complained, we were told they had applied composted top soil. This is NOT what we were promised or paid for. It looks like mulch that would be put around trees & bushes (see photos). All we received were excuses & no offer of any resolution. We were surprised to see such a quick response to our post as they did not care to return any of our 3 voice mail messages or answer their phone. *** You said, "So please let me know if I can help in any other way." YES YOU CAN.Refund our $720.00 for the product we did not receive & the damage to our lawn.***

Archway has friendly employees, their prices are reasonable and they have a quick turnaround time but the work was not 100% to our satisfaction. We received pictures of the stamp we were going to put on our pavers (attached picture with house is the sample of the stamped brick we received) but what we got does not look like the example and some of the pavers are not even stamped (2 attached pictures of brick with rock are of our stamped pavers).
We were told not to get the pavers wet for at least 2 days after they were treated. It down poured 2 hours after they treated our pavers and when we asked for it to be retreated we were told we would have to pay them to do it again or do it ourselves. Also the pop up drain does not lay flat with the ground and looks unprofessional (attached picture of green drain is the pop up drain Archway installed).
We contacted Bob twice to come out and walk the project with us so we can show him our concerns. He gave us a day that did not work with our schedule and it has been over a month and he has yet to set up a new day to meet with us.
