My husband and I had sod and stump removal done and they didn't remove all the stumps and the grass they laid down is terrible, My husband has called and sent pictures to the owner of the company regarding the work and he wouldn't answer or reply, he finally call back and promised he will get it fixed and come back out but never came back out and now he wont answer or return our calls. This company is very unprofessional, we paid for your service and you said you stand behind your company name but there is no Greatest Scapes about this company

The company responded to my inquiry quickly and came to look at our yard, we only needed a small area taken care of and they fit us in their schedule very quickly. The guys who came out to lay down sod were on time and quick. They did fantastic work and our sod is looking great! Will definitely use them in the future when we need more help with our lawn!

Bruce and the team was great to work with. Came out quickly to give a quote. They were the best priced out of the 3 I got. Once I pulled the trigger he scheduled very quickly. The sod was delivered straight from the farm the day before. They did a great job laying it, and the grass looks amazing. My wife and I couldn't be happier.

When a large oak died and had to be removed from our front yard, allowing sunlight to reach an area where grass would never grow before, we wanted to install sod in that area. Though it was a small job - they had just laid 12 pallets of sod at a job in Summerville that morning - the Greastest Scapes crew treated our request with all the professionalism and attention to detail their biggest customer could ever expect. The results. perfect. Thanks, Bruce. Your guys are the best!

Bruce did me right! Reasonable price, great service. He went beyond the call of duty. When sod was being placed, I was out of town. His assistance stated it had to be watered immediately. Again, i stated i was out of town and could not get back. Bruce purchased an automatic sprinkler to water the lawn. He stated he would return to pick it up. I retorted and said I would pay for it.

We went back and forth, finally deciding I would pay for it. I am still waiting for him to pick up his funds. In my opinion, he does a great job; and I will hire him again to complete the other areas of yard.

No service, no follow up, collects their fees and leaves shoddy install, and never returns calls. Irrigation subbed out to Sam Walker. and never returns calls, emails or texts.

BRUCE'S Greatest Scapes yard care employee damaged by 2015 WRS STI LIMITED with a rock to to windshield and covered the car with debris at a store in Goose Creek. The employee accepted the fact he damaged it and covered it with debris and took his blower and tried to fix the issue. I took pictures and called the owner Bruce and he did not return my call.

I had just finished having the car detailed and was not looking for anything other than an apology and some possible employee retraining. Now I am forced to have my insurance company do that. I would caution anyone or company trying to use Great Scapes find someone else who has a better ethos. I find no pleasure in posting this and making it difficult for employees trying to make an honest living but this type of owner action is not honorable

Bruce and his team did a great job, worked with me on my timeframe, and had reasonable pricing compared with others that quoted me. After quoting me on Thumbtack, he came to my house to measure and spec out, and gave me a quote the following day. We were on the schedule for 3 weeks out, which got delayed a little bit due to rain. They completed the job while I was at work, probably about 4-5 hours. My yard is completely transformed and looks great!
