You will have one technician assigned to your lawn who knows it's ins and outs and will work with you to get it looking just the way that you want.

You will also receive application reports so you know exactly what was done and what products were used during that visit. Jason Dixon is my tech. He has made a career in turf grass management and you can tell that he truly cares. If there are specific needs/questions that you have, they are quick to answer. I can't stress enough the value of the customer service that ProGrass provides.

Last year, we had a weed garden of over 15,000 square feet. There was not one blade of grass. We had the yard tilled, limed, and seeded, not knowing what to expect. Called around looking for the best company to get the lawn going---not expecting a perfect lawn the first season. ProGrass was recommended by so many, including product distributors, that we gave them the job.

All I can say is that they under promised and over delivered. Our lawn is nothing short of amazing. The transformation was phenomenal. We now have a thick, green lawn and the neighbors are taking notice. Two of my closest neighbors saw the results and switched their lawn care to Pro Grass. Obviously, we signed up with them again for this season to continue the great work. These guys are terrific and I recommend the company to all.

Pro Grass is top notch and we have a great experience using their services. When we first moved into our house our lawn was a mess. It was old farmland that had become overgrown with weeds, etc. In a matter of a few years they have transformed our lawn that is commented on regularly. Very friendly and professional team. We came to Pro Grass several years ago because of our dog. She was very sensitive to the chemicals they used on our lawn. They made the pads on her paws swell so much that she wouldn't walk on them. I was told that Pro Grass use more organic products that should be better for our dog. Sure enough, she hasn't had any problems since we made the switch. As a bonus, the lawn looks better than ever. The products and service they provide are exceptional. We highly recommend them.

I had my lawn aerated last fall and I have so much more grass then I have ever had in places I have never been able to grow grass. I have already opted in for the fall 2021 for the aeration. We have used Pro-Grass for several years now and are very pleased with the improved look and feel of our lawn. We prepaid (at a discount) for 6 periodic treatments, grub control, and Fall aeration. Our technician, Ray Pennepacker, does a great job and is always willing to discuss our lawn whenever we happen to be around when he is performing an application.

He always provides a detailed description of the service provided for each visit and offers encouragement to us concerning our maintenance between the Pro-Grass visits. We would recommend this service to anyone.

Pro Grass is by far the best lawn care company I have ever used! I had been using TruGreen for both tree / shrub and lawn care off and on for years. I had ongoing issues but stayed with them hoping it would get better. I discovered Pro Grass and made the switch. They have been great! Right from the start they were highly professional and personable.

The Service Manager Chris P. came out within a day to evaluate my lawn and worked directly with me to put a lawn care program in place for my home. He showed me all the products and services available to me and answered my numerous questions along the way. Once the program was put in place they did not continually try to sell me new products and services every week like TruGreen.

Once the lawn and shrub treatments started EVERY technician that came to my house was wonderful and took pride in their work! They explained each and every service I was getting before they put the product down. Once the service was complete I received a paper receipt and an emailed copy of the service. *update to original post I was very pleased to meet with Pro Grass personnel at my home this week. They are standing by their word, attempting to rectify the situation. I kept my word as well, amenable to increase the stars provided the lawn achieves just an average looking condition.

We have been using Prograss for a number of years. The grass has looked better every year.nearly as good as our neighbor's lawn that was installed sod. You can tell the huge difference between our lawn and neighbors that do not have any service. We also get the tree and shrub care. We have been very pleased with Prograss! All workers are friendly and professional!

We began receiving treatments from Pro Grass and did not notice any changes in the lawn but we decided to be patient and continue throughout the seasons. The service was consist and I was able to monitor the treatments through my home cameras; however, a new person came to service the entire lawn (front and back) and I happened to be home. I noticed the tech never accessed the backyard and I assumed he thought it was locked.

I called the company so they could contact the tech and tell him he could open the gate. I was on my way downstairs and they told me the tech already serviced the entire lawn, left the summary/invoice in the door, and departed. I asked them, "Is he sure he serviced the entire lawn.because my cameras only show him approaching the driveway; not accessing the backyard?" They told me the tech was trustworthy and they never had an issue with him before and they didn't know what to tell me.

I parked my car on the street so the tech could access my driveway and the backyard. I think he assumed no one was home and clearly didn't think there were any cameras around the property. I would have preferred if the tech was honest but he was adamant that he serviced the back lawn as well. After noting on the summary that he treated the entire lawn, I guess he had to stick to his story. I immediately cancelled the service for my home and suggested a friend I recommended do the same. That experience did not sit well with me.

I started using ProGrass back in April at the advice of a neighbor with an impeccable lawn. I had numerous patches of dirt in the front and back, as well as weeds that were taking over and killing areas of grass. Since April they completed 3 applications of fertilizer, broad leaf weed control, and crabgrass control. This fall they aerated my lawn and I cannot be happier with the results.

It took more than 2 weeks with the drought, but after about 4 I've started to see grass filling in. Each visit, their technician leaves a report on what they've done that day and steps I can take to improve the conditions as well (i.e. trim back trees). Additionally, I find them to be affordable. I would recommend ProGrass to any of my neighbors in the Towson area.
