Absolute scam of a business. I accepted an employment offer from Russell landscape for a management style position. I accepted 3 weeks before my start date and turned in a two week notice to a very good and reputable company. I left a very promising career to move to Russell landscape. Upon my first day starting they informed that I was ineligible for hire after I had been hired.

I upturned an entire career and lifestyle for this company and was blatantly shot in the back by them. Since then, their Human Resources Department has lied on government forms, participated in immoral/ possibly illegal business practices, and have sent confident/ sensitive employment information to another company. Russell Landscape is not the same as it used to be they do not stand for what they claim or portray. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking employment to think twice and thoroughly about their decision.

Another landscaping company that could care less. Seems to be a trend these days. Crew is lazy. Seems like all they are concerned about is how quickly they can get in and out. Half a$$ grass cutting, they don't edge anything. I've emailed the company with not reply (big surprise). It's a shame we give our hard earned money to these companies. Take your business elsewhere.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I am a renter and this company claimed to have arrived and was not there as indicated. Then, lied and said they were here. I called and the phone continued to go to voicemail. No one works there. I encourage you to not use this service AT ALL!

Though I've seen some of their work, I'm here to thank them for being very friendly and kind. Kevin saw I was trying to plug my flat tire and he came over and helped. Very friendly guys. I would definitely give these guys a call for any landscape needs. You know you'll be treated with respect.

Russell Landscape has been the most rewarding place I have worked. The management cares about more than just money and it is evident. The primary focus at this company is to create teams and environments that inspire success. It has been an exciting and gratifying journey so far and I am certain the best is yet to come.
