Denis, Motu and Team are wonderful! Professional, Fast and Efficient! They tore out our entire front and replace with Sod Installation, Disposal of all unwanted items, Installed pavers and tore out old and Installed new drainage system, including digging trench all the way out back and leaving a great river rock covered French drain area. And much more labor intensive items.

Including digging out a HUGE rock that I love! Saving our bodies and time, Priceless! Completed in only 2 barely 1/2 days. We are so happy and will use them again in the future! Thank you all again!

During this crazy year of pandemic we moved into our new home in February. Our house was wonderful but our yard needed so much TLC after years of neglect. 3 Landscaping companies were referred to us for bids and plans to redo our yard. 3 bids later and a few months of planning and waiting due to COVID - our landscaping has been completed this week by NW Landscape Management.

I am most impressed by their professionalism, communication, response time, fairness in biding and execution - the yard is stunning! And they really worked hard with us to help us achieve our goals and maintain our budget. Their team is made up of highly skilled professional artisans and very well managed. I would highly recommend them over all the other names that were referred to us for landscaping.

This review means a lot coming from a contractors kid - who was raised by a super picky and perfectionist Dad who always went above and beyond for their clients. NW Management does just that! We will use them for all our yard needs and maintenance and will highly recommend them to everyone!

In 3 days they came in leveled out my backyard, cleaned up all the old debris and brush, the yard was horribly uneven with a bad slope a (30 drop off in one corner). My yard is now perfectly level the slop/ drop off is gone. I have a nice new gravel border around my fences and house, 12 x 9 foot tall beautiful trees for privacy along the back, a nice new sod yard and a fully automated watering system for everything. I got 3 bids and NW Landscaping was way bellow the closest one and the cost of the highest. I will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone

Incredible quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Far surpassed expectations with a highly technical terraced rock wall installation. They always went the extra mile with each detail of the job to ensure the best possible outcome. It is obvious that the NW Landscape team loves what they do and it shows in their work. I would recommend this team to anyone landscaping their home or place of business.

We had a large drainage problem. NW Landscape removed and replaced old sod, hand dug over 200 feet of trenches which they filled with drain pipe and gravel, and hooked up all downspouts into the drainage system. They had to also dig up and replace pavers in order to install new drain pipes. They replaced, repaired and tested parts of our sprinkler system and were careful not to disturb our gas and sewer lines. Denis and his crew worked hard, solved problems that were not anticipated and cleaned up beautifully. They were very professional and I would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

Dennis and his crew showed up on time and worked through a recent hail storm, never missing a beat. They know their craft. Our new sod looks great and their clean-up was exceptional. You can always tell if a worker take pride in their craft by the way they clean-up. I would highly recommend Dennis and team to my friends and family. Onward NW Landscape Inc.

NW Landscape Management just finished a large project for us. Sprinklers, pavers, steps, two patios, new fire pit, low-voltage lights for 4 or our trees and path down to the lake, sod, retaining walls, drainage, tree planting, and more. We are delighted - the final look exceeds what we imagined, and the bid was the best. The flexibility, communication, and creative input along the way were all first rate. Dennis, Kaya, Motu, and the crew were all awesome. Neighbors can't believe how good it all looks.

We couldn't believe how quickly they made it all happen. Highly recommended. I'll post photos when our gardening around the patios is done. Before and After. you won't believe it!

Used these guys for 3 different projects and everytime they exceed expectations. Great investment in utilizing their skills!

I really wanted to do business with this company as a neighbor used them and they did great work and the neighbor highly recommended them.but that was not my experience. Not even close! NW Landscape Management came out to give me a bid. The guy was nice enough and quite knowledgeable. He left and said I would get an email with the proposal the following day.

I didn't get it.finally 5 days later I called and was told that they hadn't sent it out.so they did that day. The bid was much higher than I anticipated so I inquired about making some changes to reduce it from 16k down to around 7K. Instead of getting new sod I was thinking of just getting the sprinkler system and perhaps hydro seeding.again, they did not get back to me so I contacted them and was told "Sorry we can't help you!" This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a contractor and they didn't even perform any work outside the estimate. I don't get it! It appears that my project just wasn't big enough for them. I cannot recommend this company!

Steep prices for a weekly service that goes something like this: they will park at your home and smoke for several minutes, tend to your property for 15, and then leave. Sometimes there is one person. Sometimes two. Their services include basic raking and trimming of shrubs and bushes (or completely cutting them to the ground) without any knowledge of the species or season the trimming should occur.

Do not expect them to mow/treat your lawn, treat or tend to moss or weeds, edge or blow any debris during their service. My husband was frequently at home when they would show up and can personally attest to the above. We had another reputable company come to look at our yard and were informed that unfortunately, do to the reckless way some shrubs had been pruned, they will not bloom this season and may not survive. To be fair to management of this company, I did call three times since we hired them back in October to share our concerns and feedback. Nothing changed.

NW Landscape Management does the landscape maintenance work at my office. They do an amazing job, the surroundings always look clean and neat and we often receive compliments on how nice it looks. Thank you NW Landscape for being a company that we can count on to do a great job!

NW Landscape has taken care of the 111 Building for years. They do a great job and we are constantly getting compliments on the landscape from clients/customers that come into our building. This is a long overdue review - NW Landscape Management did an absolutely amazing job with our front yard! I called them last year in the late summer/early fall. Kaya was always lovely on the phone and always got back to me right away. I wanted a completely different look - and the whole shebang - plants, pavers, lighting and sprinkler system. Dennis came out to take a look around.

I tried to explain what I wanted (not being a gardener myself) and within a few moments he said, "I got it. Controlled whimsical!" A perfect description and a gorgeous result! They completed the job in just under two days. He planned for the things to be in bloom from spring to late fall as well as a design that looks really cool throughout the winter too.

In spring the azaleas bloom, as they leave the Russian sage explodes, then the hydrangeas start up and the heather follows. In the winter the combination of lighting, big rocks and tree design looks awesome. I have people stop to ask me who did my front yard all the time. On the very few occasions I had to call about something - they got back to me within the day.

One time a light wasn't working and someone came out and worked on the light for hours - in the rain even - until it was perfect. Our yard is beautiful and easy to maintain. I highly recommend NWLM. In fact, we are thinking about moving to a bigger house and with each house I look at I think to myself, "I wonder what Dennis will do with this yard?" : )

NW Landscape Management did a landscape job for me in 2013. I couldn't see past the landscape that had been their since the early 1980's and had no idea what to do. I met with their landscape designer Dennis who provided great ideas, wanted to work with me and I decided to hire his company. The result was amazing. In less than a week, the home took on a completely different look and feel. I LOVED IT! I eventually sold the property to folks who loved the yard as much as the home!
