We recently added a pool to our back yard and Naturescape did the landscaping and sodding. We were very pleased with the outcome. Mark does a nice job of explaining everything in a timely and professional manner. His crew was hard working and very courteous. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again. We had a paved patio installed two years ago and a corner was eroding away. We contacted Alicia at the office and she was very helpful and concerned about our issues. Alicia made Arrangements to have an employee come out the next day and help remedy the situation. We appreciated the care and concern the company showed In dealing with the repair of the patio.

Our experience with Naturescape was top notch. Every detail was well executed and often even beyond what we expected. The crew was courteous, respectful of our property and our street, arrived prepared and organized for the day, and were extremely efficient in completing the job -which was basically a full backyard renovation. From our first interaction with Mark to the completion of the job we had a five-star experience. We especially appreciated receiving a full rundown and printed explanation of how to care for our new patio, lawn, and plants. Would use them again with no hesitation.

We hired Naturescape to redo our patio that another local landscaper had installed just 2.5 years earlier which was completely sinking in and not properly installed becoming a safety hazard and an eyesore. We couldn't be more happy with the job that Naturescape did putting in a new unilock paver patio. The patio looks great and you can tell they put in the time and did a quality job the right way so that we won't run into the same issues we had with the old patio.

Their team were all very courteous, helpful and answered any and all questions that we had. We were so happy with the patio that we decided to add on a walkway from the patio to the driveway at the end of the project. We now use them for all of our landscaping and maintenance needs. Excellent work by Mark and his design team to convert our tired, old, and outdated backyard landscape into a beautiful area that we will enjoy for many years. Jorge and his installation crew were very hardworking and attentive to detail. The design team listened to our preferences and concerns, and made great suggestions to enhance the project consistent with our overall goals.

We had never done business with Naturescape before, and were nervous about putting our trust in a company we didn't know. Ultimately, we were very happy with the high quality of the trees and plants and boulders that Mark personally selected for our project, with the careful installation of all of the material, and with the efforts the team made to incorporate some of our existing plant material.

Mark told us that he would not ask for the final payment until we were totally satisfied, and we found that to be true. Mark came out personally to inspect the result with us, and made a couple of minor last minute corrections himself after hearing our concerns. Highly recommend Naturescape!

After two years and multiple quotes for a fire pit enhancement we confidently chose Naturescape, Inc. Mark's knowledge of product and design was outstanding and the crew that came (lead by George) were kind, quick working and more respectful of our yard and home than any other company we've used in the past. They took the time to tarp off our driveway and use boards to get the excavators to our backyard.

When they were finished each day (it only took 2 but the weekend was in between) they put everything neatly stacked in our wooded area and cleaned off the stone dust from our patio so we could use it that weekend. Finally the retaining wall and surrounding flagstone/gravel walkway is gorgeous and blends in with our existing hardscape. My husband and I would not hesitate to use Mark and the Naturescape, Inc team again.

Naturescape does excellent work. We have upgraded our landscaping several times over the years and they always send great, conscientious, skilled employees. And Mark, the owner, knows his stuff, from design to implementation.
