I've been a customer of Bill's for approximately 18 years. I 've used most of their services. Lawn maintenance (cutting), landscaping, mulch, tree trimming, etc. Bill's has always responded to my request in a timely manner. Karen is great, a joy to speak to! Ryan (landscaping) is also great. They have taken care of me in a timely fashion from storm damage (trees).
The lawn care service was stellar and reasonably priced. Recently I've had to call(s) Bill's and express my dissatisfaction with quality of the lawn crews. They damaged some lawn areas and the work was sub-par. The positive is that Bill's came out, repaired everything and made sure the crews quality of work has improved.

8/26/21 UPDATE: The owner himself stopped by to hear my complains and view the damage done. He had his guys there the very next day to make things right, and he apologized for the way his staff member handled the situation. --------------------------- I'd give zero stars if I could. This is one of the more expensive companies out there, so I thought they would have some integrity and good work ethic.
Lawn service was mediocre at best. Killed dozens of my plants while spraying weeds, I have no idea why they didn't use a herbicide that was safe for plants. Half my yard is brown and dying now. The lady in the office was absolutely no help and made excuses for the poor service i received, offered no restitution. That's the short version, see full story below if interested.
It's sad that the company wouldn't make things right for me and completely ignored my concerns. I always prefer to settle things directly, but, when that can't be done i think it's important to alert others so they don't have the same thing happened to them. If their office girl, Monica, would've showed some compassion and took some responsibility for what was done to my yard I would've been happy to continue to work with them (assuming no more damage was done to my landscaping) I was very clear when I started service that I only wanted the weeds in my flowerbeds treated, because I know my yard is full of clover that I did not want destroyed.
Not only was clover throughout my walking path destroyed, Monica accepted no responsibility on their part. apparently ' there weren't any notes showing areas not to treat'. Her comment upset me, because I don't make the notes for the landscapers, that seems to be her job. As I said, I was very clear I only wanted flowerbeds treated, and the CONTRACT I signed said that they only treat flowerbeds. Yet, I was offered no help, no compensation for the damage done, nothing.
Even just the OFFER to refund the $30 I had paid to have the weeds treated would have showed that they are a good company who wants to make sure their customers are happy. But that didn't happen. Besides killing all the clover on my pathway, every weed that they sprayed near one of my plants, killed the leaves on my plants. The worst part is that they wouldn't take any responsibility for what happened.
Always an excuse. In one of the pictures I posted you'll see they killed about a dozen of my plants in order to get 2 little weeds, Monica's response was 'looks like there was some clover in there'. So that's a reason to kill all my plants? There IS weed killer that is safe for plants. As a professional company you would think they would know that.
Completely unbelievable. 100% unhappy with the actual service performed in my yard and the customer service from this company. (I guess I can't post photos on here. But I have many)

On August 2, 2021 Max, the owner of Bill's Lawn Maintenance, came out to my home to view my property survey to determine if there is enough room between my home and my neighbor's home for his mowers to cut efficiently. After viewing the survey and inspecting my lawn he agreed with me that there is in fact enough room on my property to mow efficiently. Max took the time to do what was best for his customer. I so appreciate what he did today! I wish him much success in his business. All of his staff are professional and courteous at all times. Thank you!

Bill's Lawn maintenance have the best prices. I got a couple different quotes from other companies and was presently surprised how lower this guys are. And they did my work week after I receive the quote. Job look amazing. And after everything was done Max came in and follow up with me to make sure everything looks good. I'm really happy and I will recommend them to anybody. Thank you guys.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Work quality was excellent, the guys were on-time and professional. Best part was the supervisor came by a few days later to ask if I was happy with the work and we walked walked the entire property to inspect their work. Definitely will use them again for future project work.

Was out of town working, so I called Bill's Lawn Care. Paid extra to have mowed and trimmed. Bill's Lawn Care came out and didn't trim the side of the house, around the AC unit or behind the Shed. I emailed the address on their website, no return contact. Why bother contacting a customer once you have their credit card and full payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. they take your money and do half the work, won't call you back after you reach out to them.
