Great service. Anthony and company were punctual, professional and readily available. Sprinklers and lights installed with no issues and someone came out immediately to make adjustments as needed to get setup perfect. Highly recommend for sprinklers, well and lights. We "inherited" this service from the previous owners of our house. They had booked our opening last year prior to us moving in. The technicians are thorough, professional and fairly fast. When they came this spring to turn on our system, we had cleared out a bunch of brush and planted new trees - which were in need of irrigation. They were able to extend that zone at the time of our appointment (we didn't advance notice them because honestly we didn't really think of it). The folks who answer the phone are always kind and professional. Highly recommend this business!

I just started using this company in 2021 and this year to turn on my sprinkler system. I had issues both times and had to call them back for service. Both times same tech came to my house to start my service. This year tech came and I told him don't worry about it. Because it's raining. He said it was ok. Then asked if I had rain delay on. I said no.
He asked where my box was. I showed him one of them(I thought they were supposed to inspect the boxes). He never ran sprinklers through full cycle and only checked my system manually. 2 days later I turn on system using scheduled times for each zone. I see that my last zone isn't going off. Then I noticed the box in my backyard is full of water. I call the company to explain the situation and they argue with me instead of listening.
I am telling them I was home the whole time. Yet they are telling me what happened at my home and they weren't even here. I demanded that the tech never be sent to my house again and I will probably never use company again after this issue is fixed. Because who wants to use a company who doesn't care about their customers. Now I have to pay for them to come back out and for a repair that probably shouldn't be or could've been rectified if the first tech did what they were supposed to do.

Everyone at Jersey Shore Lawn Sprinkler were awsome. Making the appointment for the estimate was easy. They came out on a Monday and the entire job was finished by Wednesday. The crew were nice, explained everything, worked very neat and cleaned up. They also took care of something that I didn't even notice. I would definitely use and reccomend them.

I would not recommend this company. The people in charge do not take criticisms very well. Not very professional. As a US Army veteran & First Responder, I would not recommend this company to my fellow veterans and fellow First Responders. If the job is not done right the first time, don't call and complain about shotty work done, the boss will yell at you and tell to get somebody else to do your sprinkler work.
When you pay over 1600 dollars for sprinkler work done, the new pipes should not leak. I don't complain, I don't write bad reviews because I'm just too busy with work and family. But, this man's attitude was just uncalled for. The techs who came to my house very professional and polite, It looks like they can teach their boss on professionalism and humility. I have seen a lot of great reviews for this company, unfortunately this is not one of them.

Outstanding service all the way around! Had a walkway light system installed and I am very pleased with how it turned out. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and did a great job on my sprinkler system. The ladies in the office are very courteous and do their best to get a service date that works with your schedule.
