R & B Landscaping

When due to poor customer service you solicit cancelation of services at one company - Fresh Lawn Care - and it's "parent company" R & B Landscaping without notice terminates your contract out of spite, it's pretty much the final nail in the coffin of the unprofessional duo. Shannon's departure is a loss to R & B, downhill since she left.

We've used R&B for the last 5 years for regular cleanups, lawn mowing service, hardscaping, and landscaping design. Their team is thorough, respectful, and the work is always done on schedule. We've always thought we've gotten a great value for the services delivered.

Finally a Landscaper who won't rip you off (Dave's & others) and does great work for a very fair price. If you hire them, you won't be disappointed. They always do something extra (Ie this year the mixed up my mulch beds during the spring cleaning). Definitely a company who takes pride in their work. So glad I found them!

Have worked with Keith for a few years on various projects from annual cleanups to small hardscaping projects and his team has always done a really nice job from communication to billing admin.

We have loved being R&B clients for the past three years in Bolton, MA. R&B handles our weekly yard maintenance, spring & fall cleanups, shrub and tree trimming, and larger landscaping projects for us. The level of service we receive is always exceptional and they are affordably priced! Their friendly staff always goes above and beyond when they're at our house and will frequently go the extra mile (i.e. removing large debris) even if we didn't ask for it specifically. We're happy to recommend R&B for landscaping - Keith & Liz are a pleasure to work with and our property looks spectacular as a result!

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid several thousand dollars to have a patio and fire pit installed- it was done improperly and did not follow manufacture guidelines. All of the top layer of the fire pit cracked and fell apart after 4 small bonfires within weeks of install. The owner Keith made me wait for months, did not communicate well, and ultimately would not fix the installation problem as confirmed with the manufacturer of the brick pavers.

He notified me of this today after 5 months of excuses and delays. He got the manufacturer to replace the bricks, he delivered them, and then told me I would have to pay him again to re-install to fix his mistakes. This was on top of him already charging an additional fee to build the custom fire pit after he gave me the estimate. This was a 5 month fiasco.

I am out thousands of dollars, my yard still has not recovered from his bobcat wrecking half of my yard, breaking a bush in the process ( which he gave me a credit for), and ultimately the fire pit is a mess. Beware!

I hired Keith's crew for a front walkway in Concord, MA and they did an awesome job. Keith did a great job helping me visualize the end product so there were no surprises. His recommendations seemed accurate - some were cost savings, some were additional investments - but I'm very pleased with the end result. Happy to recommend them to friends for landscaping/hardscaping.
