New Castle Lawn & Landscape

New Castle did an awesome job cleaning up our landscaping! They weeded, shaped our trees, bushes, and shrubs. Plus they spread 12 yards of much. I have been doing this on my own for many years and the results do not compare. They far exceeded my expectations and we will be using them ever year. Service: Landscaping maintenance

The crew arrived on time on the date scheduled. They even brought up the trash can which was still at the curb. The crew could not have been nicer or more professional. The only reason this is a 4 star and not a 5 was some difficulties with communicating with the office staff. There were parts of the project that the crew did not know about (but they completed it with out complaint).

It also took me calling to have a new estimate sent out after adding to the original scope of the work, even after the estimator came back out to reassess the project. Overall I would use this company again.

New Castle removed a large dead maple tree and 15 oversize yew bushes on the property of Bausman Memorial UCC in Wyomissing and it looks great! They removed stumps, replaced with soil, and seeded and straw just as they quoted. They cleaned up the area and left the property very clean. The office was very friendly and helpful with my billing and payment questions too.

Quality work at a fair price. Did exactly what the proposal called for in an efficient, professional manor. Brush, debris clearing & removal, tilling, soil addition, mulch, and ground cover planting was the job. Work crew's attention to detail and cleanup was excellent. Would hire them again for other work and recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping and lawn care.

New Castle does an outstanding job with the Spring Clean-Up offer they provide to their customers. Every year they make our place look beautiful and ready for the summer.

I have been a New Castle customer for over ten years and they have been great to work with since Day 1. They have done landscape design & maintenance, hardscaping, tree maintenance & removal, lawn care, field water conservation seeding, and likely other things for us I can't remember. Always professional, knowledgable, personable, responsible, and trustworthy. Some companies I have dealt with have not been able to maintain those qualities as their firms grew. That's not the case with New Castle.

They put in some shrubs that do not look good. One is totally dead. Did not survive the winter. They refused to replace it because we didn't sign a contract W/ them for an outrageous amount. My husband did not realize that was their policy. That is not a professional way to do business. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

I was blown away with the team that came to my home to remove a few very tall dead trees. The professionalism is superb. The care they took of my property was awesome and they did a bang up job with cleanup. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs trees removed. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Critical: Professionalism New Castle Lawn & Landscape recently completed a project in my development. They continuously tracked mud onto the roadway. This caused a lot of us to track the mud from their project throughout our development. It has still not been resolved. Completely irresponsible, disrespectful, and unprofessional!
