It's said we hit a line trenching an electrical conduit. This company came out and repaired the line, they did not take advantage of the situation. Though I may never know what really happened, God bless these folks for being (in my opinion) extremely fair and helpful.

Had a tree down in my backyard, even though I didn't go with them for their services, the owner personally came out to give a quote for the work because he didn't want me waiting too long for someone to look at what needed to be done. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sincerely appreciated the fact that he did that. I have the number locked in the phone, if I need any landscaping services I'm definitely calling this company

Lingo Group was a great business to use for our landscaping needs. We asked for Spring clean-up as well as a drainage solution for our yard because it previously was causing sump-pump issues. They were very responsive to texts, emails, and calls. They were quick to start and complete the service with very few workable days in total. Highly recommend using them and will use them again in the future, for sure.

Not satisfied with customer service. I believe it is the son but his level of arrogance and his attitude is unreal. Not to mention the lack of communication, don't believe the false 5 star reviews with no description.not a good company to deal with, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Simply find another local landscaper, there are plenty of quality companies that provide quality customer service, minus the bull****.

I had my sprinkler system installed by Lingo in 2004 and they have serviced the system since then. In addition to installation, they turn on the system in the spring and prep the system for the winter. I have not had any problems whatsoever w/ the system itself in 13 years. I have always found them to be available for minor repairs (when I run over a sprinkler head w/ my mower or some other yard "incident").

Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend their work as well as the company itself. BTW, I do not work for the company nor do I know anyone who works there (nor do I own the company).

I chose this company because they were listed in the "montgomery county best pick reports." I called them and left my information. I then received a call from someone from Stoneworx. Lingo never said that they were giving my information to another company, they just did it. That was problem #1. Then Stoneworx kept calling me while I was working or in meetings.

I explained the time I had open and we agreed on a date and time. i called the woman back and set an appt where I needed to leave work, drive home, get the estimate, and get back to work. The "estimator" called me while in a meeting and wanted to move the meeting up to accommodate his schedule. i could not do that. I went home for the meeting at the scheduled time, and he never showed up. Luckily I did not waste my time because I had another company scheduled 1/2 behind his, and they showed up! Still I wasted my time out of the office for Lingo.
