Called Twice left messages weeks apart nobody returns calls so my thing is why have an answer machine. OH I forgot still waiting for a return call. a month has passed

I open a ticket because an irrigation problem. The problem was prompt resolved in 1 day. Very pleased!

Extremely careless and irresponsible company. Broke the window of my vehicle while servicing the community I was residing at and after adv that they will pay for the damages to get it fixed they are now saying that they did not break the glass of my vehicle and refuse to reimburse me for the repairs. Money does not grow on trees for me and now I'm out $250 for a window that was perfectly fine before this company service the area. Irresponsible is short as to what this company is

If I could leave zero stars I would. I would urge you to never consider this company for your Association's lawn maintenance needs. They simply take your money, do the bare minimum (if they show up at all), and run. I have called half a dozen times over the past two weeks since our sprinkler system stopped working (that they installed) and have been promised their crew would come and fix and I would get a call back, neither of which happened.

The quality of the sprinkler system, the quality of the sod, pretty much the quality of everything this company touches is way below subpar. The "landscaping" services they perform are supposed to include full service, however they frequently skip edging, mulch refill, weed management, mowing, and so on. They show up, park their trucks and then leave.

When they do mow they don't even bother to blow off the areas which they have gotten grass on. DO NOT use this joke of a company. You will only be wasting your time and money.

Critical: Quality 13 year old kids earning summer money cut grass better than this company. They leave my neighborhood looking worse than they arrived. Are they even trained or just given tools and sent out.

Critical: Value Immediately following scheduled yardwork at our condominium I discovered this damage to the front of my vehicle. I contacted Floralawn by email and was told that they could not possibly have done this. I'll let you be the judge of what's possible.

Critical: Professionalism Awful drivers. Running me off the road in a neighborhood where family's live. I'd be so mad if someone was driving like that through my neighborhood

Critical: Quality I live in the Overlook at Hamlin community and this company is our landscapers. They have not once sprayed the weeds. Our common areas are all weeds. There is almost no grass, just weeds and instead of spraying the weeds and killing them like any competent landscape company they just mow the weeds and leave. Terrible.

They destroy my property weekly and the owners ask for details and never respond back. I've sent videos and numerous account to google reviews, their contact email and they don't seem to care. We can't help but use them because it's the developments decision and it's what our HOA money goes to, I just wish they would be more respectful, I take pride in my front walk. I've also seen many other houses with ADT signs out that you can tell have been maliciously torn into by their employees. Thank goodness for my Ring.

This company is the landscaping provider for our community, selected by the HOA. The customer service is horrible, the gentleman that according to our HOA handles our community account is extremely rude, we as owners put in service requests and he cancel the orders without explanation and when we inquire he says he only deals with the community manager.

Most recent we requested a quote for tapping sprinklers and they won't provide a quote, instead they want a $650 check then they will provide the quote and "any money left". What type of business are they running? It is a complete nightmare, I won't recommend this service. We recently also had to put complaints as the bushes in the backyard and around the ac units were not been cut and the branches were already getting in to the ac. Not worth the money, the time or manners, they definitely do not have a customer friendly way of conducting business.

In the past two years, this company has been careless and inconsiderate towards our lawn and neighborhood. These landscapers have; - Destroyed two lawn signs - Ran over a solar power LED plant - knocked over garden decorations - used my personal water tap on the side of the building to refill their water sprayers - Broken sprinkler heads - left cut grass everywhere - missed patches of grass around multiple properties Do not use this company if you can avoid it. Useless!

I do not use this company. My review is on there driver in company truck. Traveling south on spirit lake Rd crossing 540 travel lanes go from 2 to 1 lane at McDonald's. The Nissan truck come racing up in the merge lane from behind me and tried to push me into on coming traffic gust so he did not have to merge behind me. They did not care if they wrecked a company truck gust to get in front of me. WOW

FloraLawn installed all new irrigation and landscaping for our recently purchased home. To say that it looks amazing is a huge understatement! We cannot say enough about how hard these folks worked to not only make sure we are completely happy with our yard, but to listen to any concerns or questions we might have had. Our HOA uses them. Our sprinklers have not worked in many months. Many phone calls, emails, and online tickets entered and it still does not work. They said that some heads needed to be replaced, so I paid them to do that. Still didn't work. Now they say more heads must be replaced. I called in my credit card again. It never ends and the system never works. Grass is dead.

Hired Floralawn to do some work at my house and my parents house. This company is amazing! Very professional, courteous, and attentive to the customer's needs. They will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is happy. Definitely will do business with them again!

This is an amazing company to go to for pest control and lawn fertilization. The lawn techs are always prompt and are kind. The office is always willing to help when i have a problem. I am about to do some landscaping work for my property and have already started a proposal with them as well. All around great company and super handy due to all of the services offered!
