We couldn't be happier with Critter Ridge! Our whole project was a breeze from start to finish. Their crew is knowledgeable, professional and polite. They replaced our old tired plants and trees with new beautiful greenery. Steve even came up with a brilliant concept to give us privacy from our neighbours. Soon we will have a beautiful hedge between us in an interesting C shape They are also very responsive to any questions we have. Working with Critter Ridge was an excellent experience from inquiry to final installation. Steve worked with us on site an at their office, taking time to make sure we were happy with the plan. During installation, we had much dialogue with the crew, making adjustments until it looked just right, including a second visit to add some material. Looks great!

15 years ago I had a major landscaping design and build provided by critter ridge. Recently I've call them twice with questions about palm issues or purchasing palms. Although their services only include design and build, Steve reached out to me and we discussed in more detail what I was looking to do and we discussed several options available to me.

From the appointment to our home, to the landscape design created, to the visit to Critter Ridge, to the actual landscape installment, to the followup visit (complete with beautiful gift!), Steve and everyone at Critter Ridge surpassed our expectations. What an amazing experience! We recently had the pleasure of using Critter Ridge to design and transform our landscaping, and they were simply fantastic! We did not really have a design vision and they were kind enough to come up with a whole plan for us - so we could visualize the changes.
