His workers were blowing grass and small gravel all over customers cars, including mine. They damaged my car with witnesses seeing what they were doing and the owner of the company cussed and threatened me even when the building owner and his contractor backed me up. They had a terrible reputation with the other businesses, at least on this property even when Bowen was a tenant at this location.
