Pearman Landscape partners with a variety of well known landscape architects and designers to create a custom landscape that will enhance your home and bring enjoyment for you and your family for years to come. We use only the finest materials and products. All installations are performed to American Landscape Contractors Association specifications.
Pearman Landscape offers a full range of hardscape possibilities. We install pavers from Pacific Interlocking, Basalite and Calstone. We install reinforced concrete in every finish imaginable from aggregate and stamped to acid stained and diamond cut. We also offer custom poly staining freshening up old or heavily used concrete.
Pearman Landscape offers professional design, installation and repair of landscape lighting. We are currently one of the largest installer of FX Luminaire lighting in the south bay. We offer an array of new, stunning LED lighting fixtures that can conserve up to 70% of your power usage. Great crew. They were friendly throughout and engaged in almost daily conversations about the work and any modifications we requested. At the start of the project, Matt set expectations for noise level, hours and any disruptions to us or the neighbors. The crew was usually early but kept to quiet activity until the official start time and stopped all noisy activity on time.
Their execution was truly impressive, tearing up our front and back lawn, cutting and installing stone, including a beautifully laid out patio and grill surface. They installed electrical work for path lighting and irrigation to both lawns and to the three new planters that they built and installed. Southbay did a beautiful job bringing our landscape designer's plans to life last fall, and we've been using them for maintenance since the beginning of the year.
