RAIN DANCE is situated in Mandeville, LA, and has four full-time crews to service their clients. Came out to the house to assess the work I needed repaired. Owner seemed very concerned and offered ideas on how he could help. Told me he would send someone out within two weeks to write an estimate. A month later I had to contact them and the lady who answered told me someone would be in touch with me. Another month later and still no phone call or response.
I left a voicemail basically stating that I’ve been waiting for someone to contact me to estimate the job. No return phone call. A simple apology for wasting my time and we do not want the job would have been more professional.

Rain Dance Irrigation recently completed the irrigation system and the landscaping for our new home. They did an absolutely wonderful job! Lou is very knowledgable and his design for the gardens was beautiful. Willie and the crew who did the installation were professional, courteous and efficient. They arrived promptly each day and worked diligently throughout the day. I would highly recommend them. Thanks, Lou, Willie and crew for a terrific job!
