TNT Lawn & Pool Maintenance

DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WORK PERFORMED. Had them replace my salt chlorinator system. Paid them promptly. Noticed pool was turning green, salt Chlorinator showed no flow. Checked and water not circulating. After a few attempts by phone finally sent and email and received a response after 2 weeks. Tim told me it couldn't have been anything he did although he was only person who worked on pool.

Obviously system wasn't checked after repair. He also stated he didn't have anyone to come check system but could send someone to clean. For a charge of course. Been limping along green pool through winter. I'm getting repaired and documenting to take to legal action to recover repair. Disappointing to say the least.

Tried to contact this "company" 4 times in a two week span to get my pool cleaned. Spoke with Tim, & he stated that someone would be out the following week (did not state a specific time), AFTER he instructed me on how to clean the pool myself. Thought the purpose of a pool cleaning company/service was to CLEAN & SERVICE Pools. The following week came & the day arrived but low & behold no one showed up. Called TNT Pools & the receptionist said that Tim would give me a call back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH TNT POOLS!

Owner is a scam artist. Will charge customers over $100 for pool school, but will not even properly teach his own employees to clean pools. Terrible mannerisms, if he says something to you, then a week later you reiterate it to him and he doesn't remember saying it, he will deny it completely and attempt to belittle you and make you feel insignificant.

And he flagrantly talks bad about his customers at his shop to his employees. Very unprofessional. Very impolite. Just use Leslie pool company. Don't know much about them but they can't get much worse than this.

Absolutely Awful! They installed a new liner which subsequently fell out within a couple weeks causing water to go behind it and producing wrinkles throughout. The owner personally avoided fixing the issue for 3 months, stating he did not have staff. We called his office and they stated they were doing installs and repairs within a week. I had a new company come give an estimate to fix TNTs mess.

The worker said he worked for TNT, and stated they would have routinely have trouble paying him. He also stated the owner encouraged avoiding repairing their shoddy work all the time. Currently taking them to small claims court to recover repair costs! Stay away!

Tim and Crew replaced our linear and put in an over flow. We are very pleased with their service and actions. Will use again.

Very professional and courteous staff. Conscious of what they are working with and try to avoid irritating customers with chemicals. Friendly workers and spotless pool.

I was fortunate to have purchased home warranty insurance, I called them and this is how I was introduced to TNT! The person from TNT who serviced my pool was very knowledgeable and knew how to fix things. He was professional, personable and explained everything to me since I never had a pool before but this was very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who needs pool service.

I had to use this company as part of a home warranty and they replaced my motor. Started leaking less than a year later so I called them back to see if the leak was covered. Kept having to call to follow up bc no one would call me back. Finally I'm told it was the pump housing and not covered. So that was going to be the end of it. Only to find one of their techs working on it (unbeknownst to me) the next day replacing gaskets.

I was informed that he went to the wrong house initially so it was never the housing. When I called to voice my concerns (very calmly) and ask if I'm being charged or not (bc I never agreed on any work on anything only asked if it was covered).the receptionist said if "your conscience allows you to operate that way." If I could give them zero stars I would. I have rarely had to deal with this level of incompetence and poor communication and customer service from a service company.

Very conscientious, affordable, efficient, and thorough. Other companies quoted up to nine times more than TNT. Highly recommend.

They are now my go to pool company since the flood. Lets face it, pools are expensive, but they have always been honest and upfront about whats needed or not to keep that cost down for me. When the hard freeze happened and I forgot to turn the pump on to keep the pipes from freezing. Well something broke and they came out the same day and worked tirelessly to get it working again so the problem wouldn't get worse. Also unlike other pool guys I've used I can tell you exactly what day of the week they are going to show up since they are consistent with it.
