If I could give this business ZERO stars, I would! They are incompetent and RUDE beyond belief! They failed to identify and fix a leak for over two years (I had puddles in my yard on 100 degree days)! When I told them of my issue, they came out and looked but found nothing and charged me for each visit! The amount of money and water I wasted! When they finally did find something, they failed to fix it the first time and had to tear up my yard twice!

In addition, they have been servicing my yard every season (beginning/end) for 7 years and only told me my backflow was completely rusted through AFTER it got so bad the handles had rusted off! Zero communication and no warning or preventative steps taken. While speaking to the manager and VP, I was appalled by the tone, disrespect and blatant in professionalism I encountered. Run far, far away from this business!

I tried to go through the proper channels to get this situation handled but I have decided to go this direction. I tried to reach out to the company when one of their techs lost a bucket on the highway and ended up in my wheel well. It was a very windy day and any experienced technician should have made sure all of their equipment was tied down. Unfortunately I was unable to avoid it without causing a more serious incident and after pulling off the highway, dragging the bucket along with me, I was able to pull it from my wheel and no serious damage was done.

However if there had been I feel no response from the company responsible for this technician is unprofessional. This is coming from someone who works in the lawn care industry. I was put on hold multiple times when I called the office and no one ever properly answered the phone, just someone muttering in the background, and the voicemail I left was never returned and of course you can't submit anything through their website. I do hope someone in management does see this review and makes sure this does not happen again.

I had Summit give me a quote for irrigation extension and decided not to use them as they were much more expensive and less knowledgeable than other companies who I received quotes from. A month later after not using them I received a bill for $85. Just for giving me a quote! I had 3 other companies give me quotes and not one charged me. BEWARE!

Summit Lawn and Landscape is the best! Terry and Brett have the best employees and they are great guys as well! Every service they have provided me has been done to perfection along with being on time and very professional. I put my trust in them and they have never let me down. They are hands down 5+++ star rated company everyday! If you have not used them.you need to and you will be so happy with all there services!

Jim and John and the whole fertilizer department did an amazing job! I had them out for the first time a month ago and I can already see a huge improvement! The other day I got the opportunity to speak with a young gentleman who was treating my neighbors yard. We discussed the possibility of me using your company. He gave me a card and I plan to call at the start of next year

Would not recommend this company. There are too many reputable businesses that take care of the customer much more efficiently. We'd used them for our sprinkler system in the past, but one of their workers didn't finish the job and used profanity while on the phone with me when I called his bluff on his awaiting "other appt.". Office girl forgot she didn't own the company and gave her opinion on a situation she had no knowledge of, and finally we spoke with one of the owners. They were apologetic, but again, too many other good choices for lawn care.don't need the headache with the help they hire.

We were happy with service until this past season when we were billed for several treatments with no proof the service was provided. In years past a treatment sign would be placed in the yard along with a application list left on the door. I paid for several treatments without this evidence of application and after expressing concerns no adjustment was made to my bill. Would not recommend.

Absolutely a horrific experience; the worst. Buyer be ware and stand clear if this company. They will RIP you off and bill you for time they claim they spent. They ripped me off for a total of 12 hours over the course of 4 visits. replaced a control box and a new pump which I provided and the system never worked at all; kept tripping the circuit breaker and in the end of $1,100 they said I need to call an electrician.

The old pump leaked, but the system powered on before they started working on it. They never even came back out after they put the pump in to check and make sure the system worked as it should. when I complained about the invoice, they said they could send someone out. It they'd have to charge me another $80 hr minimum to look at it. I would NEVER EVER recommend this company under any circumstances.

When I disputed the invoice and said I was going to report them to the BBB and The local call for action, I received an email from their attorney trying to intimidate me about slandering them. Ridiculous because my experience are facts that their service as pathetic In my experience then I can tel anyone I want, including the Internet. In the end. do not do business with these guys.

I have used Summit Lawn to service my sprinklers for a year now. They have been servicing my home long before I moved in though. The tech they sent out to start the service in spring was very knowledgeable and he taught me about the programming unit that was installed. He also inspected each zone to make sure the heads were positioned correctly. The tech that came out in the fall was equally as knowledgeable.

I recently had a high water bill and he inspected the line to make sure a leaky sprinkler head was not the cause. I was also having issues keeping up with my lawn mowing so he recommended I call to get a one-time mow. I called the main office and was advised they no longer offer one-time mows and they apologized I was advised incorrectly. I questioned about their scheduled service and found it to be cost effective.

I signed up to have my lawn mowed every other week for the rest of the year. I have had two mows so far and am fairly satisfied. The first mow was a lot of work as my grass was quite long. They bagged it so I did not have a pile of clippings on top. The second visit they mowed and trimmed. My only complaint would be that they blew all the clippings that were on my driveway back on top of my grass. It doesn't look its best. I will see how the next mow goes before contacting the main office.

Brett came out to give us a quote on a sprinkler system and other landscaping needed in out home. He came at the time promised and spent time walking around our home and listening to what we needed. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of systems on the market and gave us some choices based in our needs. We got quotes in a timely manner for all the items we were interested in.

We went with them to install our sprinkler system because of the level of service, and knowledge and competitive prices. They are not the most expensive or the least expensive. The workmen that came out to do the installation were polite, answers any questions I had and did a great job with the installation. The clean up was great too. My neighbor even decided to get a system installed and they were equally pleased. We will be using them in the spring to complete some more projects we have. I would highly recommend them.

After three weeks and multiple phone calls to get someone out to look at our dead shrubs and potentially dead tree due to winter, no one called back and no one came to my home. Horrible service and disrespectful to potential clients.
