They have beautiful plants! I mainly shop for houseplants and they always have a large, beautiful selection. Employees are always super friendly and happy to answer any questions!

Ok. So first. I liked the store and everyone is friendly and helpful. So helpful, I decided to change my entire order for the project I was doing. Was excited to give my money to a small business that had fair pricing! Ordered bulk rock, several slabs of lime stone, some medicine for my tree, and was planning to get all of my plants there. Was dissapointed that I had to wait almost 3 weeks to get my rock.

But I adjusted my plans, scheduled a day off work, ordered the last bit of things I needed that they didn't have at Ginger Valley and I was ready to "rock". Well, come June 11. 3 weeks after I ordered, phone rings. Ginger Valley sold the last bit of rock to "some landscaper". Never mind I fully paid for my rock along with delivery! Jist like that.

Rock wasn't available. Maybe they can deliver it monday. Nevermind the fact that this customer had already bought that rock. It was MINE! So, cancelled my order. You clearly don't want my money because no one even batted an eye when I asked for a refund. Would have been cool if you at least cared. It's becoming increasingly hard to do business with places around here. No one seems to want my money. Glad there's enough free cash floating around that businesses don't need mine! good luck ginger Valley. We could have been good friends.

Let me just start off by saying that the customer service is xx a thing of perfection. I visit this greenery at least once a week for one thing or another and am always greeted with smiling eyes and friendly faces. Combining friendly, courteous and knowledgeable employees with beautiful, quality plants and products, this is the perfect place for all your plant needs! If you are in the area give them a visit! You won't regret it.

Full service. Great selection. Great people. Questionable return policy. Had one issue recently and I wish It would have turned out differently. Purchased a magnolia and the night before I picked it up had gotten freeze damage. All the leaves dropped, and ultimately it did not survive the planting. Shared multiple pics that Summer and Fall. Dead. Got 50% store credit because I did not have them plant it.

I'm pretty sure it was not the planting that killed it, but more so the fact that it had no leaves to help it recover. Should have never taken it at time of pickup. All in all, great store and people though. Found four Magnolias at another Greenhouse. Greg was helpful, but was bound to the store policy on partial store credit.

This garden nursery store is very overpriced and just a few staff members that are knowledgeable but that particular staff member on the commercials I think his name is greg. He needs to retire he is so blah no enthusiasm whatsoever. Once upon a time he was alrite but he now continues to repeat the same thing over and over so monotone yikes.

Beautiful setup with just about everything you need to make your yard gorgeous. So many varieties of outdoor plants and flowers, and a great selection of indoor plants. They even have pond plants! There's a decent selection of small trees and shrubs as well.

Great customer service! Our newly-designed rock garden is beautiful. Dan from Ginger Valley devised the plan and incorporated all of our requests. The crew arrived when promised and all work was completed perfectly. Five stars!

This place overall has good quality plants but a lot of the tropicals are extremely overpriced. Same goes for their annual and perennials. That being said they do have some unique finds that nobody else around the area has. So those are worth the $$$. They're always happy to help answer any questions as well.

I was immediately greeted when I walked in. This place is amazing! They have just about anything you are looking for to add to your yard or garden, from pots and annuals to trees, shrubs, ground cover and perennials. And all of their parents loved beautifully cared for. The experience and recommendations from the people that work the was incredibly helpful. I have finally found my garden center! It's a bit of a drive from the south side of town, but I will definitely be coming here for all of my garden needs.

Great customer service! Very informative and reasonably priced! I came in with 10 minutes to close but didn't feel rushed and was able to get the landscape stone I needed at a reasonable price!

Family and I enjoy the experience. Like the pond and bridges. The selection is above average staff and staff seems knowledgeable. Check out was slow, and prices were slightly higher but properly worth paying a little extra for the experience.

This is a great nursery even just to walk around in. There is a fish pond inside the main greenhouse, and out back there is a small walking path around the garden. The selection depends on what you're looking for. There are many garden plants, some house plants, and usually very few succulents/cactus. The employees and gardeners are all friendly and are quick to greet and offer help to customers.
