C&S Landscaping and Hydroseeding is located in Frostburg, Maryland, and has been serving the tri-state area for 35 years. We install all hardscape elements, custom stonework, patios, pavers, driveways, walkways and retaining walls. We also design and install high-quality planting and seasonal arrangements for our clients.

For years, we've been nothing but 100% pleased with the work C & S has done for us. We've had them do everything from simple mulching and trimming, to building a new stone entryway for us and have had so many compliments on all of the work. Many families in our neighborhood also choose C & S for all of their landscaping and hardscaping needs. We've never had anything but professional and friendly service and would highly recommend C & S to anyone.

I absolutely love this company. I never knew Amie, Corey, Nathan or Craig before my first project in 2009 but I cannot say enough nice things about them. I have worked with them on many large and small projects over the years and they have a wonderful work ethic, their estimates are correct (I've never had to pay more than expected), the prices are fair, and they do beautiful work in a timely fashion.
It is a family run business and the owners supervise the projects closely. If you have any issues at all, they are addressed immediately. The workers show up on time, put in a full day's work and are friendly and clean in appearance. You can tell that this company has hiring standards. I've used them for landscape planning, hardscaping, flower beds and just about every other service that they offer. I would give them a higher rating if I could.

We love working with C&S. They are friendly and efficient. For the past several summers they've worked within our budget to complete projects that would've taken us weeks to finish on our own. Our latest landscaping project was finished earlier than anticipated and our yard looks beautiful. Every staff member is friendly and knowledgeable and the owners are constantly checking on progress and came out to give us hydroseed instructions. We now have a beautiful paved stone walkway and our entire yard undergoes a yearly clean-up. We would highly recommend C&S Landscaping and Hydroseeding to everyone!

C&S failed to arrive at a scheduled appointment for an estimate on a retaining wall project. I took a day off of work and drove over 2 hrs to make it to the work location. After 30 minutes of waiting I called C&S only to find out, "Something came up at another location" and, "it was unlikely they would even be able to see me that day." While I understand things come up last minute in the contractor world, I was not given the consideration of a simple phone call to cancel the appointment. My rating reflects the poor consideration given to me as a potential client. I can not remark regarding their workmanship.
