I am baffled about the reviews disparaging the ladies up front. They have been nothing but kind and helpful to me. And as someone new to both NC and gardening, they've been great about giving me advice and helpful tips. Love this place and will go to them for all my gardening needs.

Plenty of variety of flowers, plants and trees. I bought 6 healthy, decent sized fruit trees for about 1/2 of a box store had listed. Also, GC's trees were taller. You can drive to the spot, load up and then stop up front and they come out. You don't have to load and unload to get rung up.

Went in today to look at some houseplants. Lisa was super patient with me and educated me on all of the houseplants I was interested in. Definitely made the experience great and I learned so much! Would give her 10 stars if I could.

We came by here a few months back looking for a tree for our backyard. We're newer to the state, so we had a few questions on what we should be looking at/what grows well etc. We had done some research online, as well. 1) the ladies up front were so rude. They provided no helpful information but were quick to shoot down anything we said we were looking into.

The shop dog was the only upside to this. 2) We were told they help with loading and also offer delivery. The lot is huge, lots of options which was awesome. We picked a tree, called up front and asked for help with loading it up, only to be told they let the grounds crew go home early due to sprinkling in the morning, even though it was sunny and dry when we arrived.

They didnt notify us of this when we arrived, so we left with a smaller tree than we wanted since I was not driving all the way back out. If you know what you want and dont need to talk to them, great, but if you need any sort of help go literally anywhere else.

Drove way out of the way to look for some nicer plants. Big mistake. Very rude ladies up front for no reason. Treated my husband and I like we were wasting their tine. Seriously blown away by the rude attitude! There are other places that appreciate our business and that's who will get our money.

We needed a couple of Crape Myrtle trees for our yard so we decided to head to Grants Creek Nursery. This place is amazing! They have acres & acres of plants & trees of all species! It was hard to stay on task! Lol! Super friendly & informative staff made it easy to find what we needed. Gorgeous ceramic pots of all sizes & beautiful fountains - all at great prices. This hidden treasure is so worth the drive.

This place is a plant lovers dream! We needed some Crepe Myrtle trees for our yard and I had called in advance for pricing before I drove out there. The woman I spoke to on the phone and in person was SO helpful and friendly! The prices are phenomenal and they literally have everything you could ever want! They have gorgeous houseplants as well but unfortunately I didn't have any more room in my suv. I will definitely be back asap. This is my new favorite find in Onslow County!

Grants Creek Nursery is a top notch business! Pure excellence. They are a large professionally run local business that still manages to give each customer a personal touch. The Croom family has made us feel like part of their family. We have felt like a priority to them each time nomatter what the job size/request is. Most recently Meredith and her crew went out in the rain during the hurricane remnants that passed over to do two amazing fall set ups for my mother on her birthday.

They could have easily done it the day before (a sunny day) but were able to do it the day of so she returned to find it as a surprise on her actual birthday! I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they exceeded my expectations. The price was what I would have paid at the big box store for the product alone and srill had to have done it myself. So for the same big box price I got product, design, delivery and set up folks!

Every need, every season they have something for you. Landscaping, maintenance, decorations and if you have not thought of gifting you are missing out. paying for a holiday set up, live plants to a person or business, having someone's flower beds re worked.think on it! I now live 2 states away and I will tell you it is nice to have my mother and Military Veteran father taken care of with such craft, honesty and respect. From my family to yours, thank you Phil & Meredith for what you do!

Selection was average but prices were pretty expensive on the house plants not to mention I saw mealy bugs and spider mites on LOTS of the alocasias and giant elephant ears both inside and out. I can deal with them but it's really a pain. I hope they get that cleared up because I do not want to walk into a nursery knowing I might bring back pests.
