Gamache Landscaping

Super disappointed with my recent experience with Gamache Landscaping. I first made an online request for sprinkler start up and yard upkeep on Friday, April 9. I called the office the following Thursday and shared I had not received a response. I was told to call back as the scheduling person was not in the office. long story short after several more phone calls, the sprinklers were turned on (shout out to Jesse for his service and follow-through), but I never heard from the person who was supposed to provide the yard work estimate.

I called again on the morning of April 23rd, shared the saga and was told by an employee the soonest an estimate could occur would be May 12th. It is one thing to be told that initially, quite another have to make one-way effort for two weeks to be told the soonest an estimate would occur would be more than two weeks out. I was a repeat customer until today.

Fantastic experience! Brent and his crew did an absolutely amazing job with our challenging retaining wall project! We called a few other companies and they were either not interested in doing the job or couldn't figure out how to do it in an affordable way. Brent helped walk us a through a creative way to solve our problem and we could not be happier with the end result.

The crew that did the work were extremely friendly and communicated well with us when they had questions or concerns. We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them! Before and after photos are below.

I called 3 Irrigation/Landscaping businesses and Gamache was the only one who answered their phone. My lawn was dead because the irrigation wasn't working and Gamache sent a specialist in only 4 days. Tony showed up early and worked fast. He was Extremely Knowledgeable, Professional, Very Nice, and seemed to love his job. Now I'm going to hire Gamache to do some landscaping. Very Good Business!

Have hit my privacy fence 2 or 3 times now they whacked my jasmine plant. They listen to music on headsets all the time, not paying attention tion to work.

I bought a great house with a not so great irrigation system. I should have called Gamache sooner! They saved me a lot of time and heartache, by quickly and correctly diagnosing where the problems were located and coming up with a plan to fix it. I couldn't be more grateful. Fantastic service! Showed up a day early because they had a last minute opening and wanted to get us taken care of. Quick and painless the whole way through. Jeff was great to deal with and so were the ladies in the scheduling department. We will be recommending Gamache to others and using them again. Highly recommend

One of the employees who was using the weed wacker gashed all 3 of my flower pots. When I went to inform one of the workers what had just happened. He asked where, I informed him the area and then all he said was, "okay thank you." Didn't say sorry or even care about what happened. Unprofessional and I am highly disappointed in their work ethics. If Google allows I have taken a picture of the damage and will share.

Great service and follow-through. We love our newly landscaped yard; it's beautiful!

We hired Gamache this past fall, just in time. Hardest winter in memory and man am I glad I did! They've done a great job every time (which has been almost daily)

Poor Experience: 8 months ago I had my trees put in my backyard roughly 20+ of them. 6 of them began to start dying just about a week ago and certainly they are now dead. I called to see what the warranty was on this and it was explained that it was a 6 month warranty. She explained that they would provide me a discount for the trees and if I wanted they would plant them and charge me for labor (just imagine what I was thinking).

I kindly explained that it may be the tubing that is the issue as it is specific trees that are now dead and not all 20 ish trees. The person I spoke with said that she did not mean to sound rude, but (she's going to go ahead and be rude) that why would i wait so long to let them know about it. I let you know as soon as I saw it dying. She added that I should have let them know sooner and not waited.

The fact that the warranty does not cover for an entire season is sad. I have quite a bit of landscaping planned and will resort to someone else. Ever heard of the lifetime value of a customer?
