I did a bit of research before I chose Pioneer Tree Service to remove a large chestnut tree and a lot of other out-of-control bushes and shrubbery from around our home on Whidbey Island. They are a family business in the truest sense; they understand the value of a relationship! Their service is the best I've ever experienced, and they are great people to work with!

Pioneer Tree Service has blown us away! Mindy is so helpful and on it, and the whole team knows how to take care of their customers. We scheduled them to do snow plowing of our commercial parking lot on Monday morning, and Mindy called back asking for approval to do the lots early in the morning if there is snow the rest of the week. Pioneer Tree Service came out early in the morning without us having to call and cleared the lot. Our tenants are very happy and we are very grateful. Thank you guys!

Great service all around! I recently bought a house with a severely neglected yard with a lot of trees. They walked me through each tree to show me any issues and what could/should be done about them. They removed a couple of trees and did some major trimming to several more, without leaving it looking sparse. They did a lot of work for an excellent price. I will definitely use them again, although they did such a great job I probably won't need them for a while!

Fair and honest estimate and once the work was done, I paid exactly what was bid. The guys (headed up by Josh) did great work, they were professional and friendly. We had to adjust the original plan due to mis-communication on both sides but they didn't wince or charge me extra, they just completed the work. Customer service was terrific and I'm using them again.

These people don't care about anything. They broke things at my house while they were working. I got home no note, no call. So they show up again I get there # call them lady I talked to said her boss would call me back. Never called back. Do not hire these people. I didn't want cash. I just wanted an apology but I guess that's to much for these waste of spaces.
