Services
Rolling is to firm the surface; meaning the top 1" to 2" of soil. A light roller, half filled water roller or a pedestrian lawn mower roller can be used to firm top dressing and roll after seeding. Weeds are carried by the wind and brought in through bird droppings, soil or potted plants containing seeds.

Poor communication, poor customer service, poor management. TLC over-promises and under-delivers. We agreed upon and paid a price at the beginning of the season for yard maintenance. Although we asked, we were shown little evidence that the work was being done. Although we had paid up-front, they continued to send invoices. We emailed them to point out their error and yet they continued to send invoices. I would recommend against hiring this company.
